Too many projects were cancelled because of them fr. No novels, no games, no comics. I think there is around 40+- cancelled star wars projects that were cancelled because of disney. Im sure disney is also the reason why we've got no continuation of "Abeloth vs The Galaxy" where the good guys find Mortis Dagger that could permanently kill her. Disney is also responsible why we've got no new Old Republic Related content except SWTOR expansions, and why we've got no TFU3, that could elaborate on why theres no Starkiller's clone and Kota in any of Post-Endor media.

I’ve thought of a what-if Star Wars game surrounding Migs Mayfeld as the main protagonist. The story left to the writers of The Mandalorian can help provide an origin story, his early/mid/late career, Mayfeld bumps into Inferno Squad and possibly gets recruited to do a couple of joint operations as imperial allies either directly or indirectly somewhere between, until the game focuses back on his individual story where it reinforces his perspective regarding Operation Cinder. And instead of going Rebel, you watch Migs become a mercenary, fighting against Imperial Remnant forces where there’s an added player-choice of staying loyal to the Imperial Remnant, continuing with a few more story chapters. Star Wars: Sharpshooter Perhaps it could have Sniper Elite-esque gameplay with some cinematic elements borrowed from Battlefront 2’s story progression.

Yes, i play squadrons every now and then (~1once a week), i put on a vr headset and use flight sticks. VERY VERY fun. Never played the story though.

I've recently ordered the original ps2 battlefront 2 and I am so excited to play it! I really enjoy the new battlefront 2 on ps4 and I figured i need to play the old version, especially since there's more prequel maps in the old one and I love prequels! Plus, i have thoroughly enjoyed other old star wars games like Revenge of the Sith, the Force Unleashed and Republic Commando, so I'm happy to add to my collection.

8:17 Titanfall games have great campaigns and multiplayers and where awesome! Titanfall 2 never got the love it deserved for who great it was! It was really overshadowed because it came out at the time as battlefield 1 and Cod infinite warfare with modern warfare 4 remastered. So unfortunately many never played. That as well as the fact that many where underwhelmed with the first Titanfall. Its even more unfortunate because Titanfall 2 was received very well by almost everyone that played it, and fixed many the issues people had with the first one. Im happy respawn is making new star wars games, but i wish we could get a Titanfall 3 someday. I wouldn't count on it though since they are making so many star wars games. R.I.P Titanfall 💀🗿

Hey bombastic!!!!!!!!! In Lego Star Wars the skywalker saga, u can use Asajj Ventress with one lightsaber!!!! While her light sabers are put away, you have to stand there for 1 minute and 5 seconds, she will pull out one light saber. After that, just walk forwards and she will use only one lightsaber

Star Wars Battlefront 2 has been my favorite Star Wars game since forever now. The LEGO games were fun, and I have played Fallen Order, but I haven't played Survivor (which I'd like to play). Battlefront 2 is just so much nostalgia, and it's multiplayer, which is great

If you want a good star wars multiplayer experience i recommend the Movie Battles 2 mod for Jedi Academy It has THE MOST realistic saber duels by far. Also gets updated like a standalone game.

I think for a lot of people BF2 the OG one was always the best. I remember those seemingly endless Saturdays when me and my cousins would play galactic conquest for HOURS on end. But Squadrons is definitely a fun game to play and I do like to play it sometimes but it just gets old really fast because of the lack of content and updates. The game gets stale pretty quickly and I feel like if they made this game a bit less niche then it might’ve done better.

I just want something in the prequel era. Playing safe with the empire gets boring. I think thats what outlaws should be. Becoming an outlaw during times of all out war, where you can help ether side, you jump out of hyperspace and are in a massive space battle, or you go the syndicate way with the black sun and the shadow syndicate.

Upcoming plans: 100% Jedi Survivor. I usually don't care about achievements, etc. but for some reason the Jedi games bring it out in me. Play through Empire At War, one of the few older SW games I never got into (it's mostly the strategy games; I do like strategy, but I have to be in a certain mindset). Also, check out some of the amazing mods for the X-Wing/Tie-Fighter games. XWAU is still going strong and even has VR support, and there is a team making a Unity-based X-Wing engine that basically loads the old files so its somewhere between a mod and a full remake. Definitely going to replay Dark Forces when the remaster comes out. Please everyone, pick it up. DF1 actually doesn't benefit from a remaster that much since it uses a quasi-3D engine and they are keeping the original sprites. But Nightdive has done wonders for the early Quake games, and I am salivating to think what they could do with DF2: Jedi Knight, arguably the game in the series that has aged the least well. Jedi Knight getting the Remaster treatment is a dream project for me. By contrast, Jedi Outcast and Jedi Academy still hold up well I think. I used to make skins for those, actually - some of my earliest game graphics work. Here's hoping for a new era of SW gaming goodness. I remember the "golden age" and could definitely go for another round!

it's amazing in VR tho. the vader immortal trilogy was MAGICAL! didnt try the quest exclusive that came out after, cause well, it's a quest exclusive. it looks like a mobile game. but unofficial stuff gets even better. dont rememeber which ones but there are amazing old star wars games ported to quest, you can play the new jedi duology in VR on pc. and i saved the best for last, in contractors VR, you get the classic battlefront 2 experience fully in VR and it's.. i cant put into words how fucking dream come true it is! it's fucking incredible!!
