I totally agree. They did this to me in college in the 90s. Really detested the whole experience. If you spoke out about their takeover of the campus you were pushed to the side, called a racist or bigot and marginalized by the thought police. If you believed as I did that women or other so called minorities were not oppressed then you became the problem and any instance where you could site some experience that helped your own argument then you were demonized and immediately became part of the oppression. The main problem is that they do not hold any position of power or authority. They might attack your job or employment but they are fairly powerless here in the states. They certainly can come out against you and make wild accusations but I do not fear any of them. Here in the states we can protect ourselves from people who want to harm us and it's a big thing.

Marie Saunders Well played, lol. I'm not religious myself but I do try to be spiritual, so to speak. I therefore find the excuses that religion are used for to be totally hypocritical as the one thing they are also supposed to teach is spiritual enlightenment and love for your fellow man. The only step needed to make Islam peaceful is to stop following the rule that the later verses of the Qu'ran take presidence over the earlier, more peaceful teachings. It's Islams refusal for reform that's the issue at hand with Islamic radicalism. They're happy to target paedo priests but don't get that we reformed and made that unacceptable behaviour, hence arrests when found. They however still have hate preachers in mosques but don't understand why we say it's all their collective responsibility as a result.
