Sorry people, that this show isn't fake! You can't just find an actual treasure or clues to understanding the who, when, what, and why in your desired seasons, simply for your entertainment! (As you sit on the couch doing nothing) This show is awesome and I enjoy watching the actual unfolding process of the treasure hunt. Yeah, I'd be great if they found something and when/if they ever do, I'm going to be happy to say that I've watched them from the beginning! :)

On one hand, I admire human nature for the inclination to hope, discover, and fight. On the other-hand, I feel sympathy for people who allow that hope to interfere with their ability to apply logic. Meaning, if you look at the FACTS, the actual FACTS, not stories and legend, the original "money pit" was LIKELY just a sinkhole that, over-time, collected branches every winter. @David Wood Whatever it is, I believe that it was placed there from "below"--- via an entrance to the underground cavern(s) beneath the island, and the Money Pit was created and filled in after the fact. The Geological Survey of Canada (Government of Canada) mapped the adjacent seabed of Mahone Bay back in the 1990's and it showed what appear to be one or more entrances to said cavern(s) which are now underwater but were apparently above the mean high water line in ancient times.

@Ed Allen Technically, Mr. Blankenship was number 10. You forgot about Matt Chisholm (No. 7), Mr. Fred Nolan (No. 8) and Drake Tester (No. 9). This whole superstition/legend is a crock of s**t. And besides, the legend states that the seven (7) have to lose their lives (i.e. be killed) while actively engaged in the search/excavation on the island.

Tunnels everywhere but no one knows where they go or what their use was. They do all this drilling and digging. They have maps showing where all these tunnels are but can't seem to find the so called flood tunnel that flooded the money pit. Where do these other tunnels go.
