Same! I mean, I liked the earlier stuff too, but this new vibe feels more real and carefree and natural. I think it makes the advice given easier to receive, the message flows in seamlessly without noticing and then I catch myself thinking about it later and realize i caught new knowledge without even knowing it! I love it!

@@Kfreeks I teared up many times editing this! Some for my friends and how much I value them, some for the meaning we found in doing all of this.. and all of it was by accident. Some for Cam's ability to write some of the most poetic yet grounded words to put some visuals too. Lots of the footage at the end is from our phone cameras from moments that we hold dear. I could feel that Astral yeehaw through the screen. I was laughing. I was crying, this really opened my eyes. Because like everyone says "oh don't be afraid to make mistakes," "they're stepping stones," and logistically, it make sense, right? The more you do, the better you get. But no one has ever said "your successes are your mistakes" mind-blowing. Needs to be on sign. Because how many times have we heard about these viral videos where the creator was like "idk man I was just fucking around," (prime example is markipliers meow video, still his most watch video) or like how many of us artists constantly fallen to the "why the fuck does everyone love my two second doodle but hate the piece I worked 12 hours on?!" Anyways, tl;Dr loved the video, love what you're doing, love seeing you level up every video. BRB gonna go make my next big mistake.

Cam! I’ve been a subscriber for a few years now and DUDE. I’ve always found your videos super inspirational, but this series-seeing you put your knowledge into action-is actually changing my life. After your last video I thought, “well damn, why have I been telling myself I’m ‘bad’ at running? I definitely could under pressure” And I’m now training for a race. I’ve been SO fearful of starting to tattoo because of the permanence of that kind of failure, but watching this makes me excited to try. Thank you.

You wouldn't believe it struthless, but while I was listening to you talking about hiccups and jamming, I went through some abandoned lyrics ideas on my note app and actually worked through my writing block since last year and got something!! I wanted to make a more sophisticated, more structured song so bad that I almost forgot that the charm of my songs was not in the effort of using deep words and solid logic to begin with! It's so liberating watching you jamming on camera, it helps myself too to let it go.

This was so good and inspiring I had to show my coworker bits and pieces and of course the song today! I haven't seen KZbin content that was so inspiring and purposeful and it does it even without it trying to be the main point. You have found some happiness, my friend. You found a way to chase your dreams, use all of the skills that you developed and love, and make it into an enjoyable experience that inspires others to do so. My coworker said 'After all that, I kind of wish I was him.' I told her 'You don't wish you were him. He's searching for the best version of himself and you can feel the call of that inspiration. You wish you were yourself, the best version of yourself.' Thank you for putting a name to the face of Astral Yeehaws and inspiring those of us who obsess over them and their creation to remember to keep on doing it when it is so easy neglect these days!

This video made me do the big cry. So much has been happening over the last nine months by way of struggle (growth) that it feels so amazing to see that there can be more, not just on the other side, but during the process itself. During your exchange when you were debating being a “successful artist,” it’s arguably an acceptable outcome to be content and happy and alive while making music with the people you love. Your story has already touched the hearts and lives of countless people, myself included, so attaining that tier level of life could be viewed without. Then again, you’ve got the creative knack and a clear vision so it’s no wonder that you pushed yourself in the glorious way that you did. So happy and grateful for you!

There was one quote i still remember from your previous videos that i watched and it was like DONE IS BETTER THAN PERFECT it was on context of goat simulator and yeah like SAME THING APPLIES HERE your “Astral Yihawww” was basically a pursuit of perfection and sublime in a song And that was stopping you from producing song appearently… i think the other song that you guys sang was also very good one the one with mouth organ and guitar but maybe it didnt become a complete song ready to be published because you were chasing your Astral Yihaw And often times we humans do same things in our every single ambitious goals that we want to continue doing but we feel like WHAT IF IT DOESNT HIT THE MARK ? What if it’s not good enough or LIKE THAT THE ONE AMAZING SONG but we forget that chase of perfect or sublime is often futile.

The song's stuck in my head from just the first play, so I think you did a pretty damn good job.

Hey thank you so much for the video. There's a feeling to your videos that makes me (and others I'm sure) understand i should try a little harder in life to do stuff I've always wanted to do. You kind of help lift up a metaphorical heavy blanket making me feel like life is hard and you can't work on things you like doing. Super keen to see where you take these new videos, everyone including myself, seems to really value them

My country music Astral Yeehaw song was the first time i eber heard Fishing In The Dark by the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. Made me an instant country fan (especially classic country) and never turned back.

So much fun to watch the process. Beautiful. I watched this video while on my lunch break and realized that by the time I got back to my desk to work your song had already earwormed it's way into my brain. Nicely done.

This is so inspiring, and it's seeing songs and moments like these that bring light to my soul as a viewer and seeing the pure joy and peace and happiness in these moments of you all, just pure creativity and cooking snags of course (Not heard that one before!). Of course, there are road blocks along the way, such is life, but you find another path to follow. The journey is just as important as the destination. Plus this song just slaps. I'm absolutely loving these documentaries, they feel so genuine and from the heart. Looking forward to seeing what's next.

The video ended 10 minutes ago, and I'm still crying. Someday maybe I'll have some successes, but I've been having only failures for years. If your life came together eventually, maybe mine will too. The song was a top-notch astral yeehaw, thank you!

Trying to write down the lyrics, but missing some since it's not my first language. I'll edit if you guys can help out. ------- Jesus, why don't you come over? It's a Tuesday night and I'm so far from sober I blame your blood again! I got work at 9 am I'm working, I'm drunk or hungover Life was meant to be a little more than this You turned water into wine I turned wine into piss I've been tryin' to save my money but I got nothing to show for I'm working, I'm drunk or hungover Jesus, why don't you come over? It's a Tuesday night and I'm so far from sober I blame your blood again! I got work at 9 am! I'm working, I'm drunk or hungover Your dad gave you magic and mine gave me bipolar. He sent you here to die but at least you got some closure. So join me for some spritzers take it easy on your guilt trips we'll be working or drunk or hungover So come and bring your cup! We'll fill that fucker up! We'll make Noah's ark look like a tinny! We'll bitch about our dads, every job we've ever had, we'll take two of every drink and get silly! For 40 days and 40 nights we'll drink Jack (???) ale and ice We'll get jobs that don't care if you boil over If you teach me how to pray, I'll write your resume! We'll be working or drunk or hungover! (Piano intermission) Your dad gave you magic and mine gave me bipolar. He sent you here to die but at least you got some closure. So join me for some spritzers take it easy on your guilt trips we'll be working or DRUNK or hungooover!
