By the exception of Mii puppet show, all of these can be playable by getting all the platinum medals in the game, which I got

mg111 and mg120 seem to be fully playable versions of the minigames that appear on the title screen after waiting long enough. Honestly it would've been cool to have them in the full game without having to use Riivolution or Dolphin Emulator codes :)

I think that the Loony Cycle minigame concept got used instead in the Obstacle Course minigame in Wii Fit Plus and Wii Fit U

Wii fit plus came before this, so Loony Cycle was an easy to develop mode, since they could use most of the code with Obstacle Course

I totally agree; Loony Cycle was actually A LOT of fun from playing through it (I don't remember it too much tho cuz that was almost two years ago) but it definitely would have driven more sales

How did you access this?

It’s extremely complicated and although I don’t want to go through the entire process (I’d have to write an essay to explain it), I can give you all of the tools I used to do it. I used Dolphin Emulator to rip the game, WBFS TO ISO to convert the file and WiiScrubber to extract game scenes and replace them. It took me years to hack into the game files of Wii games but it’s better to start doing your research now rather than later. Good luck!
