Holy shit, I haven't cried this hard in years. I haven't really been through much of what's in this game irl (I'm an older sibling lol), but you can just feel the heart and soul coming out of this game, and that final talk was absolutely what broke me. Thank you so much for playing this Skurry, totally going to buy the game now. I don't even know if I'll actually play much of it, I just want to support the people that made such a marvel of a game.

Im tearing up because this was me and my sister in real life. Im six years younger than her and we both loved Zelda so we’d always play the games and role play the characters. When she went to college and came back for the breaks it was always me trying to play with her and she just couldn’t because of assignments. This game hits a place of me that I thought only I had and while I’m tearing up i’m also hit with the most nostalgia I ever have been.

This was an amazing experience. The amount of hidden and obvious meaning is almost overwhelming. And "How did you get all this plywood?" was the perfect way to end it, really captures the spirit of the writing in so many ways.

Even from the beginning I saw what the story and theme was about, but the ending was still better than I expected. Right at the end I realized that this game is most likely the story of the game creator. They were heavily inspired by Legend of Zelda and played in the woods. Eventually they made a game (this one) that everyone can play and enjoy.

The ending really strikes that chord in many creative people's hearts about wanting to make things that'll connect with other people. There's like, such a real sense that this was a game just so full of love, that I'm proud of the team that made it despite not knowing them in the slightest. Like, I'm miles away from making something so widespread and enjoyed, but through THIS game about loving games, and making games, and connecting with others, I feel like the team at MegaWobble connected with me and countless other people in expressing that desire for connection. And that's something so special.

wow, that was too real. i have an older sister, and we used to play videogames together, and i would ask her to play like once a week because i didnt want to bother her to much, and the day i asked her and she said yes, i would be so excited the whole day waiting for when we played, but then, as she started to go through high school, she would have less and less time, and we would play less. 4 months ago she left to become an animator, so this really hit me hard. great video skumbo.

This game was one hell of an experience. Definitely a game I’ll never forget. The map may be “small” compared to other games, but it’s so detailed that any direction you go in *will* have something fun to do. The characters and story are just too likeable and relatable for me to handle without crying inside a bit, which is something I really adore from this game. The way it handles emotional stress and “grown-up stuff” is just perfect, as it shows it from the perspective of a child but it’s still very understandable from an older age. This is what I considerer a small masterpiece, would definitely recommend.

Oh god damnit I didn't expect to cry over this game. It really hit me, especially as an aspiring game dev. It's an extremely stressful, tough process and all you can think about (at least for me) is how it won't ever live up to some of the greats. There are days you question your vision, inspiration dried to nothing, and yet you keep pushing just because you think you need to always be working. The drive and need to release games, to polish them, and get every aspect right often overshadows just making sure the game's fun. I honestly needed to hear this story, thank you for sharing
