WOW. You guys need to get out more. I know many people that have families that would not survive or be as efficient without having a truck. Having kids means you are always replacing things in the house. Always having to fix something. Even just going to the store is way better in a pickup. If something breaks or spills, it is way easier to clean out a bed than a trunk. Just normal every day American household stuff... A truck of any size really is the best option. Size and trim are minor preferences. Not to mention moving, off roading, camping, tailgating, etc. Way better with a truck. Anyone that does more than sit at a desk all day knows how valuable a truck is.
