I have been using DEX for the last two months as my phone and computer, and it works as a charm. Reading, notes taking and watch videos are the reason why this phone makes sense for me. Of course, it is not Windows or MacOS I still face some unexpected problems with particular apps (i.e., Excel & Amazon) but in general I do not see myself buying a laptop for the moment. Tip: buy a used Fold 3 o 4, they are cheaper and if it is in good conditions it is worth the money.

Dex is surprisingly useful. It does bridge the gap between phone and laptop. In the way that it would be super cool to be able to have some sort of all in one device in the future. It won't replace a tablet or laptop in it's current form. But it is possible that one day we could have a folding phone that opens up and is basically a tablet that can also run a more advanced chomesos, Linux, dex type of environment. Then still be able to dock as needed. It would be awesome is nothing else. And still useful.

It doesn't have to be a fold to use Dex. There's the S23 if you just want a normal phone and Dex

Nothing is selling the CMF Watch at a premium. From what I gather the watch has more or less the same functionality and materials as the Mi Band 8 by Xiaomi. The Mi Band 8 costs around US$50 on Amazon and the CMF Watch is being sold at US$69. I do feel the price point is justified as Nothing wants to position their product as a cheaper alternative than Apple products but not too cheap that people would start questioning their worth and quality.

Interesting episode. DeX comes handy though it's dedicated 'laptop' it's pricy considering it's there only to reflect it and has no guts of its own. On a separate note, I would suggest some different lighting guys, backgrounds are a bit bland. Keep up the good work 😎👍
