I appreciate this message. I needed to hear it. I started implementing some of your suggestions a couple of months ago. I moved my phone out of my bedroom, and don’t pick it up until it’s time for me to head upstairs for work. ( I use that time for meditation, affirmations, praying and reading) No screen time after 9:00 p.m.,( I’m on vacation this week, that is why I am on it now) I created grateful journal, that I write in nightly. No social media during the week.
