I remember seeing Jelena Djokovic saying something along the lines of: “He’s really good at taking care of himself, which I thought was selfish at first but it actually is what everybody should be doing. Its how you can have the right energy and feel your best to be the best person you can be and have enough to give to others.” I think this really shows because when I met Nole at the US Open last year, he gave off this completely different aura compared to the other players I met, heck, nothing like any other person I’ve ever met. He was very relaxed, positive, and kind even though he had a match later that day. It’s tough to describe, but I can say that I will remember that interaction for the rest of my life!

@@Idk-se3sy Djokovic might have read Leonardo Da Vinci remarking to eat other animals is to make ourselves into the graves of corpses... i think taking care of ourselves is also spiritual...to me Djokovic shines with the light of moral and spiritual integrity ..i respect his commitment to eating 100% plant based with no added animal products ❤️

Tennis goat ; hero of Serbia ; beautiful woman and kids ; kind, funny and respect dispositions ; speak around ten languages ; mastering his daily life through well-being habits ; strongest mental of the ATP tour thanks to meditation sessions each day ; the whole at 37 years old still winning the Olympic gold against the best player of the world just two months after knee operation…what the hell…such a model ! Perfection doesn’t exist but looking after leads to excellency.

Good guess work but his normal Day when he is back home training hard is obviously very different! You only showed a day when he is on a tournament- when they are on tournaments it’s very different to their “normal hard working day” - what happens behind “closed doors” not many people get to witness but Im sure he train every days when back home 5-6 hrs at least!! 😅 nice video thought 💪😅

I am amazed at how little protein he has
@heavypeki5 ай бұрын
I am nobody to say honestly this, also why he should change anything if it works for him, but i definitely think he should have animal source protein in his diet because he misses a lot of nutrients, minerals and vitamins from meat and eggs. He could be vegetarian, but vegan... I honestly don't know why is he like that. Eggs are found in abundance on the Earth, also its easy to find organic, free range eggs anywhere, they are extremely healthy in every possible way. But who am i to say, his body his choice, can do whatever he wants. Just think eggs are 10x healthier and more nutritious than tofu.
@davidmusicmaker5 ай бұрын
I feel the same way. Djokovic is my favorite player, but I can't imagine not ever eating meat. I would definitely add organic eggs and wild caught salmon to the diet, for starters, and some good, unpasteurized, aged cheese.
@Jennm45 ай бұрын
Too many eggs will give you heart disease! Horrible cholesterol. You can do your own research on that. I think him being vegan is a testament to how great it works. I mean, you see the results even after 10+ years of playing pro. I think the idea of “needing” meat is outdated. It’s not actually good for our health. The media will convince us otherwise of course. Do what makes you feel good I guess. Also, there’s this series on National Geographic about the people around the world who live to 100 and very healthy. They found that these people eat little to no meat. They call it the blue zone diet. Check it out! Keep your mind open about things that are not the social norm depicted by the media.
