@@rowandowler511 Way back in the mid 1960s, in a serial called The Daleks' Master Plan (or Masterplan), the daleks were allied with a guy called Mavic Chen, who in one episode screwed up in a way that allowed the First Doctor and his companions to escape. Chen then tried to spin this to make himself look better, prompting that line from a dalek (possibly the Dalek Supreme or equivalent, I don't recall).

I hope we see Rusty again one day. A Dalek that hates and hunts Daleks is a fun idea by itself, but you could also take the opportunity to evolve and expand the character! Considering the ridiculously long list of ways he violated the Daleks in the Time War alone, you're not very far off. Even by the standards of that war which took the term "Geneva Suggestions" to unimaginable heights, he was a serious war criminal. When later versions say they've done worse things then you can ever imagine, it's not a euphemism, and most of those things were done to the Daleks
