I think we should re-hire Bill Callahan as O Line coach, stabilize the line of scrimmage, get a big back like Derrick Henry, or Zeke (but not either one), pound the rock, then hire a real D coordinator to control the line of scrimmage, then add skill players as they become available. Line of scrimmage play is horrible. I wouldn't mind seeing Kellen Moore coming back, I like Saleh too. Now...what do we do with Jerry.......?

Wouldn't doubt if Belicheat happens...I don't know if JJ and even SJ can work with a young creative coach, since they may get too much of the spotlight taken from JJ, plus a younger coach would probably want more power and we know JJ doesn't like to give up power. BIG NO on KM and especially Witten!! JJ/SJ needs to do whatever it takes to bring Ben Johnson in, but I've read he may be interested in the Bears and not sure if he would even want to come here considering the family business. I'm sure there will be several teams trying to get him. If you really want to win JJ then open the checkbook up and let us know you are ALL IN!
