I’m 53 years old and grew up in the DFW area. Have been a fan since 1978 when I was 7 years old meaning I no bandwagon fan or a front runner. Even when we were losing in the late 80’s I was still there. I’m a die hard fan but I am pretty much done with the Dallas Joneses. The analogy to running a fantasy team may sound good, even if true, but this is reality and Jerry hasn't been living in that for a long time. Not how you run a real professional team. If not for Jerry hiring a real leader and talent evaluator in Jimmy Johnson, Dallas might never have gotten one SB win! I prefer to use the Green Bay Packers example. I'll get co-workers and buddy's ask, "why are the packers always so consistently solid and always winning?" That's always an easy answer. They don't have a Jerry Jones around or any other overbearing owner because they don't have one. And look how well things run.. amazing, huh?
