This is just getting their ducks in a row in case they need to make the city hate them so bad they need to move. The Adelson family needs to be investigated, and here's why. The Adelson Famiky build their wealth and fortune in the casino and resort business in Las Vegas, Nevada, and with them purchasing the Mavericks, they wanted to bulid a connection and expend their casino gambling business to Texas, even though gambling is banned from Texas. Bruh, they even tried to build a stadium/casino in the Fort Worth Dallas area. Hell, they even came out publicly saying that they don't care about basketball at all. Mark Cuban, the former owner of the Mavericks, came out saying they are not basketball people. The Adelson family whose main motivation is money and expanding their casino business played in the Luka Doncic trade 100%. Think about it, Luka Doncic getting traded to LA will have higher ticket prices, more merchandise sales, more people traveling to LA, more jobs, and will bring so much money into the city of LA, and what does alot of rich people do in LA, they go on a trip to Las Vegas to party and gamble. Besides, LA and Las Vegas are just 4 hours apart from each other, which means more money will flow to both LA and Las Vegas casinos and resorts, which definitely means more money for the Adelson family, and the compound the fact that the Mavs only talked to the Lakers makes it even more obvious. By the way, you wanna know why the Raiders are in Las Vegas now, yeah the Adelson family are the same family and the reason why the Raiders moved to Las Vegas in the first place. So not only all that I just broke down about the situation, plus you also have to add the fact that the NBA is talking about Las Vegas could be the NBA's next expansion team. The Luka Doncic only benefits the Lakers and the Adelson family. It doesn't benefit the Mavericks at all. The NBA has to do an investigation on this because this doesn't make sense

Mavs new owner owns the Sands casino in Vegas & is trying to build an all new casino resort with a new basketball arena built inside once their Arena lease expires in 2031. Problem is Texas State legislatures have rejected approval on any casino plans forcing Mavs owners to threaten to relocate them to Vegas. Only way the league would ever approve a move is if the Mavs are horrendous with a fanbase that hates them which is what is happening now. Go watch the Jason Whitlock video on the Luka trade. This is not about basketball at all. This is all about non-basketball reasons. This is about real estate casino development in Dallas Texas. The new Mavericks owners bought the Mavericks to be able to build a resort casino with a new stadium in Dallas. To accomplish that it is better for the Mavericks to not be winning team. Why because it is going to be more probable that they could move a losing team to Las Vegas. Which is their threat to get the Texas legislature to pass a new law allowing casino gambling in Texas. These Las Vegas owners do not care the Dallas fans, or about basketball winning or losing, or about Nico Harrison. They only care about getting a Texas casino and making more money. So, they certainly did not ever want to pay Luka 75 plus million per year and have him make the Mavericks into champions and an immoveable franchise.

The trade is so simple that everyone is missing the point. Dallas wanted Defense, they wanted AD specifically. Hence why Luka wasn't 'put on the market'. So they phone up the lakers to acquire AD's services. They will make Kyrie the primary ball handler which he is naturally anyway (look when he was in cleveland). They now have balanced their offense and defense tremendously Kyrie Klay PJ AD Lively/Gafford Amongst their Bench depth. They have set themselves up to win NOW.
