You know, I actually faced something like this 2 years ago. Long story short, when I was in high school, I worried too much about other peoples opinions and held on to a lot of resentment from the past. One day after talking to my parents about having low confidence, I overheard my mom wathcing the ministry channel and T.D. Jakes said change the way you think. So I did that and stopped worrying about what other people thought and let go of the things that happened in the past. But there was still one memory that really bothered me. I was laughed at by some freshman about the shoes I was wearing at the time around thanksgiving. And as a 17 year old junior, that was embarrassing. I was stuck on that until the middle of summer. By that time, I was trying to make the pain go away by not thinking about it but it didn’t work. And I felt something in me tell me to pray and ask God to deliver me from it. At first (since I hadn’t given my life to God yet, I was still in the world) I didn’t wanna pray and just told myself to stay positive. But a few days later, I realized that way of thinking wasn’t helping me. So I humbled myself (unknowingly) and prayed to God and he INSTANTLY broke that experience off of me. And since then, two years later it never bothered me again 😌

I believe there is power in positive thinking because we are gonna work the way we approach the problem. But toxic positivity is a big no no. Being genuinely negative is much much better than fake positivity.

I’m so grateful for your channel. All glory to God though for using you in this marvelous way! I once tried to control my life through New Age and magick only to discover that, though it works to an extent, these arenas are crowded with demons disguising as angels of light… Christ Jesus delivered me and now I realize that patience is a virtue and that materialism and magick is a sin and a disconnection from the Lord our God - the ONLY benevolent spiritual force in existence. We do not command the Lord. In fact, it’s the other way around. I used to think serving Him was pathetic but now I see things from a whole another perspective; I find remarkable tranquility and purpose in being His lowly servant and I couldn’t care less about the world and the things thereof. Also catching your negative thoughts and fears and replacing them with positive ones as gratitude to God for the things you already have it is also positive thinking. Or be sure that when ever a bad thing happen there is a good reason or lesson behind it and good things will follow. Tomorrow u will see things differently. To see the positive in negative,, to change negative thoughts to positive thoughts, "change water into wine" . .

I'm a licensed clinical counselor. We are supposed to assess a negative score to anyone who admits to being a "half-empty" mindset, ( They're not optimistic of course I do the opposite. I say the client is realistic. What they want to hear is that the patient believes that EVERYONE IS BASICALLY GOOD. Of course, the Word of God says that mankind is in fact, evil. that our hearts are deceitful and wicked. All we like sheep have strayed away.

Positive thinking, take people from the real issue. The real issue is that you must be born again you can’t be born again by having positive thinking you are dead spiritually that’s the issue you must be born again you can’t do that by being a positive thinker, you have to acknowledge the fact that you are a sinner, and you need to be Redeem that you have fallen short of what God expects from you as a human and that can’t be changed without the intervention of Christ Jesus, God is relating to a root problem positive thinking, can’t pay a debt that was incurred in the garden. Only Christ can do that.

My mother had a stroke and everything thing fail on me. I’m a only child. After she came home from physical therapy. Everything was done by me with the help of God. I done all the cooking,washed her,dressed her, washed the clothes, changed her,gave her medicine to her. Everything. We laughed and talked to each other. We just had a great time. She passed away at the age of 90. I would do it all again if I had too. I just thank God for her being in my life. You wouldn’t thank a son would have done all this. But I did. You wouldn’t thank a son would have done all that. But I did.

I understand your point, but we are NOT appointed to wrath. You must read Revelation 6 the people on the Earth in the Great Tribulation will taste the WRATH of the LAMB. One danger of positive thinking is lightmindeness, being nonserious, shallownes. Be positive but do not be positive in what needs to be taken serious. Lightmindedness leads to not caring enough for lost souls, to be bold, to take the extra steps to lead them in right direction, to go beyond ourselves. We are not to giggle everything away. Or laugh and giggle by spreading the seriousness of the gospel. If we want people to take our warning serious we need to be serious. Be serious in the walk with jesus and about everything, about other peoples horrible destiny. But allso be positive knowing we can trust jesus in everything.

I don't know how you all tried manifesting..but it definitely worked for me. SO WELL. Be careful brothers and sisters, not to add words into scripture.( Revelation 22.18). Do not put words into God's mouth. The Bible never said positive thinking is bad. Philipians 4.4-9 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable-if anything is excellent or praiseworthy-think about such things. Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me-put it into practice. Proverbs 23.7 As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he". Mark 9.23 Jesus said to him, “If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes.” Matthew 17:20 says, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there,' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.” I affirm positively everyday. But I tell Jesus to help me so that I can only affirm what pleases Him. And I affirm about good health and financial abundance, plus other things. And truth be said, I have seen these things happen right in front of my eyes. The purpose of this is not to tell you what to do..but to implore you to pray to Christ about this and tell Him to guide you on this matter. To me, I feel like the gift of belief is a gift to us. And just like sex, it can be misused. When done the right way, according to His will, it is very helpful.

I am going through some difficult time right now, and i just went out my bed to pray and cry for answer. I just opend my phone to read a bible tekst and noticed your message. I wanted to skip it, but instead i opend it and listened. Your message was a God sent. Just the right time for me and an answer to my prayer. I have to keep being patient, Gos will lead me through even if it means things will not go well. (I had an sugery on both my eys and with one eye my eye sight is worse then before, to the point that i tred going out becayse i see so little). Still I know Gos will lead me through the storm even if it means i cannot see so well anymore. Thank you for your message, it was a blessing for me. 😊

Apostle Paul after he was brightened by the Glory of Jesus was with problems in the eyes. Amen! Romans 5:3 And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; 4 and perseverance, character; and character, hope. 5 Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us. God builds character through trials and tribulation, and through answering our prayers with a "No"/"Not yet". He doesn't raise us, His children, to be 'snowflakes'.

AMEN. My husband of 27 years cheated with his married coworker. they went on “business” trips alone and an affair grew and grew and grew. All during this time ( I was alone and had no idea) the mistress posted on her public social media like Facebook and Twitter all kinds of “ spiritual” stuff. She was pretending publicly to be doing good works, focused on her “ kindness”, posted about “ living her best life.” This is called Virtue Signalling. She was posting this stuff so that my husband could see how “good their life together was.” I bet she was praying to Wicca beliefs. That is in fact SATAN. She literally posted Wicca beliefs. SICK AND SINFUL!
