Try to take the flaxseed oil as part of flax seeds - as freshly ground seeds - because pressing the oil out exposes it oxygen and omega-3 fats are really vulnerable to oxidation.

I find it amazing that an Orthopedist doctor can identify a person as having calcium deposits but then boldly look me in the face and tell me “we just don’t know what causes calcium deposits”! He kept me coming back knowing full well there were adjustments I could make at home to rectify the situation. This video explains in ten minutes what my specialist couldn’t in five years of visits. I am flipping angry at this doctor. Fast forward, applied Dr Bergs recommendations and my right shoulder pain went away! It’s been a year and no pain. Doctors who purposely keep information to themselves instead of what’s best for the patient are THE WORST IMO

Had a very similar experiance like yours. I m 24 and take medication and for 10 years i was told to take omeprazole against acid reflux but was miserabel for all of my life because i trusted the doctor on omeprazol. After i found dr.berg and researched for myself i stopped omeprazole and pantoprazol that increase stomach ph and i instead took acv and Betain Supplement and it litteraly fixed my stomach issue of 10+ years in 1 day

Or they just don’t know this info cause nutrition is not taught in med school. Easier to just give a pill and send you on the way. My 101 year old stepdad lived most of his life on one medication - which greatly limited his side effects

Dr Berg I truly believe you're an angle sent from heaven. Your videos are straight to the point, reasonable and factual. Your patients are very lucky to have you because you are so knowledgeable and caring. The symptoms in this video is exactly what I've been experiencing and my doctor couldn't or wouldn't give me an diagnose or explanation to what was going on in my body. Thank you so much for your help and please keep up the good work. I wish I could afford to purchase some of the products you have but they're just too pricy for my pocket, so if you can suggest another way to reak in the benefits such as with nutrition or herbs, that I can do.

9 years later...I see this amazing video! I have too much calcium in my urine tests, and they say it has to do with my parathyroid. I don't have the symptoms of this so they are baffled. I will try the apple cider vinegar and see if that helps with my muscles/ligaments/facia etc that I have issues with on my left side. Thank you, once again. You make awesome videos.

I have too much calcium and the same thing about parathyroid but mine was normal. I believe taking 10,000 iu of vitd3 k2 is what brought it on because I take magnesium Glycinate at night. So I got off of vitd3k2 and just taking magnesium. I could just take k2 to see if that normalizes everything.

As someone that deals with acid reflux a lot, I started eating a lot of TUMS, and about 3 months after, I started getting prostate issues and urine Issues. Every time I went to the doc it was always non-bacterial. But they still gave me anti-biotics just in case. It took me a few years of this roller-coster to realize that TUMS was my issue. They are so bad for you, and I try to stay away from them now.

All the other symptoms mentioned in the video I also have. I am already taking all the vitamins and minerals you mentioned. Following recovery from blood clots, I am now having a series of muscle spasms in my legs and arms which is why I went back to the hospital for another checkup and the blood test came back saying that my calcium levels is too high at 2.7. I have been referred to a specialist, but in the mean time, whilst waiting they told me to just drink lots of water. I am freaking out and thank God I found your video Dr Berg, I am now heading for the Apple Cider Vinegar, so will add it to my drinks of water.

I had high bp and i am 16 yo..i was addicted to milk Doctor said that it was stress, it was but surprisingly after taking a red pill for a day, it e0went away but i still had high bp cause i was consuming milk. When i stopped drinking milk, i saw my bp lowered down. It went from 150/90 to 12/8 or 12/6 or sometimes 13/6.... i has lowered down. I feel better now, i do not have any headaches or fatigue. He said i had a thyroid problem too. It was a bit higher than normal... but i read that several stressors could cause that, then i saw you video bout iodine, i ate eggs right after watching it. The next day i woke up with more energy and i didnt feel like i was tired. I actually felt better, i was refreshed and ready to go to the gym and workout. I mean i know a lot of things bout thw body by watching your videos, really helpful. I gained lots of fat tho, when i was not eating iodine rich foods. i will see how my body feel after a month of taking 2 eggs and getting yogurt in my diet and reducing my carbs. Thank you dr berg.

The toe cramping, insomnia, anxiety and constipation. A question for you, you mentioned about the gall bladder not producing enough bile, well what if you had your gall bladder removed? Also anything you suggest for the deficiency in Vitamin F? Or is that what the fish oils were suggested for? Thank you for this video.

Hello Dr Berg: I have been watching a lot of your videos recently and learned a lot. Usually when you go to a typical health or vitamin store, you would see many different brand of fish oil, omega 3. Many of them are more in EPA than DHA. Some people told me EPA is more important than DHA, and others vice versa. What is your thought about it? What types of fish sources of omega 3 would you recommend? Salmons, anchovies, sardines, etc? Thanks

One problem with canned fish is the additional vegetable oil that is often in with some of the fish. Salmon is good. Some sardines are in olive oil which is a safer oil, IMO. Check out the Costco sardines are opposed to the Winco sardines.

If someone is on a small dose of a calcium channel blocker. How do we get calcium to the right places ? I take it for headaches at night: high blood pressure. I can't enough of your videos, I'm addicted. I'm a RN.

I think I would instead try to do K2, potassium - that would go deeper - because when you block calcium from a med - there are side effects

MY idiot doctor told me I had too much acid and in fact my stomach acid was so low, and I had a stomach ulcer, after doing some research I found out that cayenne pepper cures stomach ulcers and it helped, it really did. My idiot doctor put me on proto pump inhibitor tablets, I was already screaming in agony on the floor everyday due to Ulcers and low stomach acid after every meal for two and a half years. This led to a number of problems I am now realizing what was happening, because of the bad bacteria getting into my stomach and the PPI that were prescribed I ended up with leaky gut and my body was not able to absorb the mineral and vits my body needed. Of course I had gall bladder issues and they ripped it out....they did not bother to tell me I would have issues later on and that my bile would not be sufficient to break down the fats etc....great doctors, as my dear mum used to say "there are those doctors that will cure you and there are those doctors who don't have a clue that will kill you. It was like a domino effect once all this started. I fired my doctor and got rid of the blood pressure tablets and cholesterol that were destroying my liver. If it wasn't for Doctors like Dr Berg and Dr John Bergman and Dr Peter Glidden, also Barbara O'neal an Aussie doctor I found on youtube...these people really did save my life, I would be dead now.

I recently started having issues with my cortisol, waking up at 2am, stomach chub and it was affecting my sexual health, got a blood sample and the only thing wrong was high calcium. It turned out my favorite breakfast that I eat every day, which was chiaseed pudding, was loaded with calcium in the chia, cocoa and cranberries. I immediately removed it and started magnesium and iodine, and a week in I am starting to feel my testosterone pumping my libido back up, as well as less swelling when I wake up, and less stress. It's pretty amazing how off the vitamins in our body can be when we simply buy food instead of consume what is seasonally varied around us

PLEASE, if your blood calcium is high, before you start self remedies, have your parathyroid levels checked first. Then get those over active suckers removed. This is usually the problem not a vitamin deficiency or imbalance.

I don't understand... Calcium in the soft tissues is NOT a good thing. The whole point of taking K2 is to remove the calcium from the soft tissues and put it into the bones and teeth, where it should be!
