My son's Boy Scout Troop 77 Middletown R I, we camped out there was it 2015 or 16, anyway well worth a visit and tour. One downstairs room with a fireplace we were told by the gentleman who gave us a couple tours over 2 days, Said the rocking chair would move closer yo the fireplace overnight. It was suggested to them by some lady to put a blanket on the chair. It never moved again, she said he would be warm. The office was said to have died in the house.
