Recipe for 5 gals (18.9L):
-6 gals (22.7L) Water
-1 gal (~3.8L) Sparging water
(adjust salt additions based on your water)
-Gypsum, Calcium Chloride, Epsom Salt

-7.3% Crystal 40ºL [~1 lb]
-5.4% Carapils [~12 oz]

- 1 oz (~28g) CTZ @ 30mins
- 0.5oz (~14g) Apollo @ Whirlpool 175ºF (~79ºC) for 15mins
- 0.5oz (~14g) Galaxy @ Whirlpool 175ºF (~79ºC) for 15mins
- 1 oz (~28g) Apollo @ Dry hop
- 1 oz (~28g) Galaxy @ Dry hop

Great video and instruction! Love it.. Wonder if you are purposely added a slight unfocused theme to your video or maybe its time to upgrade the cameras and lens in use? Great video. I tried something similar last week except I infused thc. However, I added the thc during the bottle conditioning phase. Any idea on how the bottle fermentation will affect the potency of the thc? Only added 10 mg per bottle.

Nice! I don’t think putting it in bottles would be any different from normal dosing in a keg or glass. Those are some potent bottles!

So do you lose anything by doing your dry hop at such a low temp.

I didn’t notice anything negative. But adding them to the keg did help preserve the hop flavor and aroma longer. Those first several pours were exploding with hoppyness
