Definitely not anticipated (and slightly scary to watch) but in retrospect is a pretty good solution to match and probably not too hard

We do have quite a few women in our teams across the country, as well as using female frelancers regularly at the walls we set at. Unfortunately there just aren't that many female route setters in the UK currently (this is getting better though!) so some sets still end up as an all male setting team.
