Incredible . What a beautiful buck. I can only dream of harvesting deer of this caliber. The area i hunt is very high pressure and smaller deer populations. Not many bucks have the opportunity to mature, anytning with horns is harvested.

Dear dear Society how do you bring in deers on opening season when they are not around a lot? And how do you get a nice buck to come in. And what scent order do you think is the best for early season. I’m hunting on a private land that is I think is about 80 acres.

Does and fawns eat my garden all summer, raise the fawns in my front yard, when they come into season the big bucks walk down my drive way. One year a 12 point was 3 feet from me when I opened the front door his G2 AND G3'S WERE OVER 12 INCHES LONG, just after shooting time, I saved the memory. Where the fawns grow up the bucks feel safe.

I know I wouldn't be able to sleep. But, I don't understand the concept of waiting until the following morning. Yes, yes, I'm aware, time to bleed out. But the meat with the entrails inside all night long. That can't be safe to eat, can it? What about any other creatures getting to your kill before you? Chewing the anlters, tearing the hide. Or micro-organisms destroying anything else. I've seen what the other animals do to road kill around here.

You sound pretty confident. Guarantee the moment you step into your woods with a bow or gun, those bucks will disappear. They like your yard because the lack of human intrusion.
