The Pistol is a Baretta 92fs (M9) the shotguns seems to modelled after the benelli M4

@SEANxLong they are called flexi cuffs. They are a cheaper and disposable alternative to normal handcuffs, ie usually normal handcuffs can chafe the wearers wrist and make them bleed, which can potentially spread disease when used over time
