@@spiderlily4386 I also enjoy these videos & would only point out that the correct pronunciation is "wimmin" because the voice over work is otherwise very good & I'm sure this young person is looking to grow & improve.

A story as old as time itself. Filthy rich people floating around at the top of a heap of meaningless money, finding as many ways to squander it as possible. Never, ever finding happiness in the process. Meanwhile, in the real world...

I remember him back when I was a teenager. He was always in the news. I think he had what so many men now don't have and that is intense charm. It must be a heady feeling to have that attention, the gifts, the money to do almost anything. He also had a reputation as one of the great lovers. All those women can't be wrong! Charm gets you a long way.

He had an affair with Grace Kelly. They said when a woman went out with Aly Kahn and was gifted an emerald, that meant he had a thing with them. Grace Kelly sure enough was seen wearing an emerald he had given her. And so, everyone knew they were having a very brief fling.

He lead a hedonistic life of squandering money, achieving nothing for those who he was supposed to lead and using women like possessions until the next big thing came along. @@miskymukhtar98654 nobody can deny caste system but it's also true that land from feudal prince and zamindar are taken and distributed during land reform, Indira Gandhi also ended privy purse payment of royalty, while in Pakistan most of the land still owned by feudal lords and zamindar that's the reason why agriculture productivity is so low in Pakistan inspite of very fertile land. I, as a woman, don't think it's his _looks_ that got him the women. If he wasn't a Prince and filthy rich would a woman even look sideways at him? IDK...I seriously doubt it though. Edit: It's funny how a son doesn't listen, doesn't care and does whatever he wants despite his father's pleading, but when his father passes...is surprised by his actions. 🙄 He needed a good dressing down...not that it helped him be a better person.

Good documentary and flow! Thelma Furness was a "VIE-countess", not a "VIS-countess", as you pronounced her name. Rita Hayworth was not a starlet when she was met Aly Khan. She was a STAR. The misuse of the word "starlet" is what happens when under 40-year olds comment on Classic Hollywood. It shows that such commenters have little actual knowledge of Classic Hollywood. "Gilda" premiered in 1946, not 1948.
