So Julia died to beer o’clock, and Conrad dies ‘cause he goes insane on the ship. The way to save Conrad is by not choosing for him to escape in the early part of the game, or not having the distribution cap at the end. As for the pirate guy that kills himself, you could’ve used the rebreather on him to make him stop hallucinating. The arguably best ending is keeping Conrad with the rest of the characters, getting the distribution cap and saving the pirate guy. Getting saved by Conrad is also a good ending, but obviously that means missing out on all his scenarios on the Medan.

What I meant in my SC was specifically, after the crew had put the cap back into the Duke boat, why couldn't they have used the radio on that to update the Coast Guard of their situation? That would've led to the Coast Guard calling the boat that Conrad was on, meaning he wouldn't have had to enter the boat again.

I would't say it's the worst. More so, I wouldn't say that there *is* the worst one, because each game in the Anthology has it's pluses and minuses. While Man of Medan might have the weakest storytelling, at the same time it's the most variable game in the series so far.

While Little Hope's variability is not that impressive, it no doubt has the best story among the Anthology, which makes it kind of the opposite of Man of Medan.

There are only two real choices that actually affect reality Even with Medan, you have real people who can be affected by the fake things. But Little Hope has no stakes because it has no real events There's a reason "It's all a dream" is considered one of the worst writing tropes in the industry.

When it's written good, it can be an amazing plot twist, and Little Hope is an example of that. The choices do matter, just in a different way than in other games. It's not about who survives, but instead about for who's death Anthony will forgive himself, and what his future fate will be as a result of that. Just because choices matter on a smaller scale, compared to the rest of the Anthology, doesn't mean that they don't matter at all, it's not the same thing.

I'm not gonna say that Little Hope is the greatest game in existence, but it is definitely not worse than this. The ending twist is mildly competent and the story overall would be a factor for a normal playthrough but if you're playing it like you played this game, the story being subpar is potentially even a boost.

Can’t believe these 2 goofus actually managed to save all the crew when they actively tried to kill them in the end… until Beer o Clock happened. LMFAO. These games may not have good stories but having you 2 play definitely elevates the experience. Thanks for the collab with Mint, Doki! It was a very fun time! Have a goodnight Dragoons. Take care! Was thankful about mint’s mac & cheese because it gave me enough time for the ISP to fix the internet. Sadly, power did go out in the end...
