Being a musician is a life of constant punishment. Being in a band that's more than just a local gigging band, playing/writing music becomes literally the part you do the least. Driving, loading, merching, waiting, networking etc. are rly what you do. But then for 20 minutes to and hour you get to show the world who you really are, and it makes it all worth it. Brain-dead sick and twisted lifer rockers. And then everyone thinks going on tour is a vacation cause you get to travel, but thats so far from the truth lol. Clocking back into the day job after tour is the most soul crushing thing ever. Would not change a thing.

As a musician who has never toured before, it is very impressive and inspiring to learn about the degree of sacrifice that is required to fully commit to the lifestyle and livelihood of being a professional musician.
