Thanks Dale. Your course is very good and a great investment for me. Yes for sure, order flow is fascinating and adds a layer of confluence but it’s not the holy grail. What it does is be able to give you better entries and can keep you in trades longer to maximise your profits and minimise the losses. You just need to have the context first on the bigger picture!

Is metals centralized.
@TraderDale114 сағат бұрын
No, metals markets are not centralized in the same way as equity markets. Precious metals like gold, silver, and others are traded in various forms across multiple venues, including futures exchanges (like COMEX), over-the-counter (OTC) markets, and even spot markets. Futures markets, such as those operated by CME Group, are centralized and regulated, providing transparent pricing and standardized contracts. However, OTC and spot trading are decentralized, with prices influenced by supply and demand dynamics, liquidity providers, and market participants globally. This mix of centralized and decentralized trading venues is what makes metals markets both unique and complex.

does the $497 include data?
@TraderDale14 күн бұрын
The price is without data. If you want quality data, you still need to pay for it every month.

I use kinetick data from Ninjatrader. However, there are other data providers, try FXCM... I remember they used to give data for 14 days for free... Maybe they still do...

If you shop around you can find d some deals. However, if you just focus on trading the S&P, NQ and currency futures you will only need a data feed from the CME which is $40 a month. To be honest, trading the S&P alone is enough so just focus on that, plenty of opportunities on that rather than getting data for every single instrument.
