Eddie overdosing at home 3 times while shocking does explain why Vicky left him during that time. Hearing Eddie died in Chavo's arms completely caught me off guard.

The thing that hit me the hardest was been David said he wished Eddie and Chris retired after WM 20, imo If they retired after dropping the titles to JBL and Orton's respectively that Eddie, Chris, Nancy and Daniel would still be here 🙁

Knowing that Chris Jericho brought together David and Sandra was beautiful. The hug they shared at the end absolutely broke my heart. I hope they find comfort in eachother. Chris is one of my favorite wrestlers of all time and that will never change. But it is hard to see him and look past what he did. I hope everyone has found at least a little closure over this tragic event

This documentary opened my eyes to a lot, I was a big Chris Benoit fan and I remember being so shocked by his death, at the time it happens I was young, I knew what he did but didn’t know the severity until I saw this documentary, I always said he wasn’t on his right mind but tbh that’s not an excuse. I feel for David more than anyone because he gets crucified for being a bystander, he had nothing to do with anything that happened

Amazing documentary! This tragedy is one event that I'm sure of lot of us would go back in time and try to stop. As horrible as the tragedy was, Chris Benoit himself was also a victim in all this too. To this day we still don't know what really happened that weekend and why. And we probably never will.

It sucks that it had to take a tragedy like this for wwe to take their wellness policy seriously, I was always knew that Eddie and Chris were close but hearing chris on his bed crying with his pillow then crying to vickie shook me and when Chris first heard that Eddie dead led out a screem was so heartbreaking he was never truly the same

I’ve watched it, and I already had the feeling going in. The pain, suffering, absolutely everything and everyone effected by the Benoit Family Tragedy is absolutely haunting. Perhaps the biggest takeaway from this is the knowledge that Chris Benoit never managed to get over Eddie Guerrero’s passing. I think I can say that it played a role in the demise of Chris, Nancy and Daniel. There’s so much more to say about it, but it’s too much to type. I truly hope that Chavo Guerrero is taking care of himself and allowing himself to heal. Chris Jericho seems to be in a good state, and that’s a good thing. My thoughts go out to the Guerrero, Benoit and Nancy’s families. Seeing David Benoit too was heart wrenching as well. He’s grown to be a strong willed person it seems. I hope he stays on the right track.

Eddie's death hit me on more of a personal level just because I did meet him 1 time. It was like 2004 so I was like 13 at the time and it was an autograph signing and even though he was defending the WWE title at the Bash like the next day he still stayed and signed autographs for everybody even though it took like an additional 2 or 3 hours. But yeah the biggest tragedy in all this is David having to pay for the sins of his father. I'd love to see him redeem the Benoit name I can't see it ever happening in WWE anyway maybe AEW because he's good friends with Jericho.

I just looked up that Chris Benoit had 3 kids not just the 2 we are aware of. Which her name is Megan Benoit, which I went jeez it doesn't get easier from here. So we all going poor David when there is his sibling who is going through it too. Sure she isn't in the limelight but it must be a struggle to get through probably putting it behind her and have to go through it again.

This definitely has put a new perspective on what happened. I just feel sorry for everyone involved except the media and WWE at certain points. I had to keep in the tears due to the details of this. My only question is what the hell is in that journal Benoit had. Also if Jericho, David, Vickie, Dean, Chavo, and everyone close to Chris even read it to gain some kind of closure. It sounds odd that they offer it to him and didn't bother to see if there were clues to his demise as early as possible.

I hate to admit this but I shed one or two tears when watching the Documentary cut to Eddie Guerrero's death. I remember where I was when the news broke when he passed away. But when watching part 2 of the Documentary, I was just blown away by the detail and new info pertaining to Chris Benoit's suicide. Back then I never read too much into the Benoit case. All I knew is he murder his wife and kid and commit suicide. But to listen to how the detective describe in detail of the crime scene was an eye opener. Then the detective found a site Benoit was on talking about resurrection and a script from the Bible. That was some eerie shit. I wish Chris Benoit had kill himself but leave his wife and child behind. They didn't deserve it. All I can say is Fate can be cruel at times.

Kevin and Nancy were married, for 10 years, and everyone who knew them said they were happy and no issues until she and Chris started the affair. Dont take just one person's take on abuse Alyx, from one persons view you say it makes him look guilty? Really?Nancy had violent encounters with each partner she had, including Chris. And listen to Cornettes interview with the producers of dark side of the ring, it was more complicated than Kevin just refusing.

What's the most tragic about all of this is the devastating reality of both Chris's psychology and physiology. We all know Benoit had chronic CTE, there's no doubt about that. But, in the autopsy reports, it said that Benoit had an enlarged heart and damaged thyroid (I think?) when all of this gone done, hence why he had to continue his steroid use. His thyroid (again, correct me if I'm wrong) was so damaged that he couldn't produce testosterone on his own. And given all of this, Benoit wouldn't have lived very long either way (doctors said he would be lucky to live up to 2008). All because he made a decision at a very young age to do everything and anything it would take to achieve his dream of becoming a pro wrestling superstar.

Assuming I saw a portion of the correct show of it being a double-header speaking of the deaths of both Eddie Guerrero and Chris Benoit - man I have to admit, when I saw Miss. Vickie breaking down, that had me all teared up. Man I was squalling. As for the Benoit situation, I WAS in belief of referring to him as a murderer all this time, but it wasn't until I saw a portion of that said video which kinda opened my eyes to make me think "Maybe it wasn't actually HIM that did it, but whatever medicine he could've been on at the time that addled his brain and mixed with what I believe was his son's disability that I believe was what could've led to the murders and suicide" - but that's just my own insight on it. But man hearing Miss. Vickie breaking down like that - man that hurt to see and hear. You can just tell in her voice that she seemed to want to have a mental breakdown. That is so horrible on both sides.

One thing that I took away is that WWE is really a shitty company. The fact they completely ignored David and Nancy's sister after the tragedy is ridiculous. They wanted to distance themselves so far from the Benoit name they didn't even offer any support to the family. Not to mention Vince basically said in that interview they featured, that the wrestling lifestyle had no part in the heinous acts that Benoit committed. Crazy thing is he probably still believes that to this day. He would rather try to save his ass at that time by denying then actually owning up and using it as a chance to make the WWE safer for the workers. I also really feel bad for David Benoit since he has to deal with that negative connotation of his last name wherever he goes. He thinks of his dad as his hero and most people think of him as a murderer. I really hope David does pursue a career in wrestling so he change the stigma. All in all, that documentary was damn good and helped me finally understand something that was a shock to me as a kid.

Chris is but one in a long line of people who succumbed to his dream of being at the top of the pro wrestling industry. He took the short cuts that were (are?) So heavily pushed, especially by vince McMahon. But Chris saw something was happening to him, but pushed it aside for the promises that come with stardom in the ring. It wound up costing him and his family their lives. Those that knew him said what he did was the opposite of who he was. At one point, he may have been that stellar guy everyone liked. But his brain was oatmeal and was rewritten by what he did to himself. He became someone else? Perhaps. But he chose to. He chose to because he knew shit was wrong and ignored it. But McMahon holds responsibility as well, he pushes that culture that Chris bought into. Steroids. Bumps nobody should be taking like he did. But McMahon rewarded him for it all. For taking short cuts, abusing his body more than any human should. CM Punk talked about that culture of working thru pain and injuries, people encouraged to take shit to make it thru. But in this case, Benoit couldn't take the abuse he got. The abuse he gave himself. But he took two others with him. One of which was a young child. Benoit chose bad paths because McMahon promised "brass rings" for those paths. And of course, instead of taking his share of the responsibility for those actions, McMahon instead just erased chris from existence. Dont talk about him. Remove him from everything. Why? Because chris did do it to himself, but McMahon makes people rich and famous for doing exactly what chris did. McMahon does it to himself as well. But hey, they enacted a "wellness policy" that doesnt apply to everyone, (ahem, Randy Orton) and is also used as a tool of punishment if you get out of line. Chris made choices that cost him and his family their lives. But McMahon helped chris make those choices.

I had been able to see the documentary and yes it didn't shy away from the dark side of it and if they would of shyed away it would of been an insult to both Benoit and Eddie. We can they were like brothers, soulmates even and when Eddie Guerrero died it left a very big void in our hearts and sadly Benoit was the biggest out of all of he didn't know to handle Eddie's loss that and a combination of other things lead to the tragedy that we all know and cutos to David Beniot I can only imagine what he has been going through all these years he said he wants to wrestle like his father did and he should have all the support in the world for doing so.I will leave it off by saying this about Chris Benoit was he a phenomenal wrestler was he was and that is the part I will always remember ironically enough I knew someone and sadly he turned into an Asshole and I just learned recently that he had passed away and just in both instances will I remember the good times yes will the bad memories be there of course,The court of public opinion will most definitely be out on this and at this point I will leave at that for now.

Having CTE is like having Alzheimer's Disease because when you have CTE, you don't know what you're doing and you don't know what you're getting yourself into. I don't think Chris Benoit killed Nancy and Daniel on purpose. I think he killed them by accident because he had no idea what he was doing while he was killing Nancy and Daniel. In my honest opinion, Nancy and Daniel did not deserve to get killed and Chris did not deserve to kill Nancy and Daniel. Chris should have went to a hospital, go see a doctor and get medically cleared and retire from the entire pro wrestling industry (Including WWE). For example, Daniel Bryan suffered from 10 concussions and got medically cleared and got back into the ring. And I am proud of Bryan for not suffering from CTE and I am proud of him for not killing his wife Brie Bella and their daughter Birdie and I am proud of him for not committing suicide. If Daniel Bryan had not gotten himself medically cleared, Bryan would end up suffering the same fate Chris Benoit suffered. R.I.P. Nancy and Daniel. Now, as for Chris Benoit's eldest son, David Benoit, it's not his fault that his dad killed his stepmom and little half-brother. If David wants to become a wrestler, he cannot wrestle under the name "Chris Benoit Jr". He can wrestle under the name "David Toffoloni", but he cannot wrestle under the name "Chris Benoit Jr" because the name "Chris Benoit Jr" is controversial. The name "David Toffoloni" can be used as a tribute to Nancy because Toffoloni was Nancy's maiden name before she got married. And by the way, WWE did not really erase Chris Benoit's legacy. WWE just doesn't want to mention his name and show him in DVDs and Blu-Rays. His matches are on the WWE Network uncensored with an advisory warning, but there are no search results for his matches. The only way to find his matches is to watch all of the past pro wrestling companies' shows and pay-per-views without skipping matches. And one more thing: fuck the media.

You okay with me by I watch those two part series of the tragic life and death for Chris Benoit from vice TV and I got to say this is happened to be one of the greatest wrestling documentaries I ever ever heard in a long time since the von erichs and to point this out to this David Benoit didn't deserve the disrespect the family of Nancy Benoit did not deservethe disrespect not even the whole Chris Benoit family did not deserve the disrespect. So with that being said it's a huge middle finger to Vincent Kennedy McMahon the whole WWE, and especially to Chris Benoit throughout the stuff that he was doing abusing himself he knew exactly what the hell he was doing and he decided to go out like a little bitch he should have go out at the blaze of glory he didn't have to take Nancy Benoit and his son Daniel Benoit with him sowith that being said if the WWE have enough balls like Chris Jericho Chavo Guerrero Nancy Benoit sister and the rest of the people who had so much respect for the Benoit family and Nancy's family they need to put Nancy Benoit instead of Chris Benoit into the WWE Hall of Fame even if we Caesars documentary I probably would think they wouldn't have the balls to make a change it did have the balls to make a PG but listen to the peopleI would love to see that she been wanting to the Dahlia Hall of Fame it's disrespectful to her name that you put her under the bus the first of all Chris Benoit strangled his wife then the very next day he kill his son. Chris Benoit knew exactly what the f*** he was doing thank God for Chris Jericho to help by Vice TV and others who knew Chris Benoit well did this documentary in profection a masterpiece of a documentary my heart dropped through here in this I didn't cry when my heart dropped I should have quiet for Nancy and Daniel who was talking out by the man who is supposed to protect them, and if this can get any worse WWE decide to cut name out of Chris Benoit completely. David Benoit why the oldest son of Chris did not deserve to be disrespected the family of Nancy Benoit did not deserve to get disrespected at all like I said it's a huge middle finger to the WWE company and Vince McMahon and especially Chris Benoit for even doing this b******* shoutouts to Chris Jericho you are a real one for even bringing back David Benoit and Nancy sister together again after all of this bullshit 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Even paul heyman in a interview responding a fan and said 3 people died in that house that night. Only 1 person had a chose . I don't care about cte or anything else. He had chose and he knew what he was doing and committing suicide like a coward because he couldn't face the world and the consequences after killing his family . And say F*** you to fan who supported him

@@kamalmalzyjohnson386 ya and the disgusting part is there are people are praising, supporting and defending him along saying he should be in the hall of fame despite what he did in 2007 It is beyond me . They like to say he had brain injuries stuff like that when although he did had brain damage. There's no evidence that it's the reason of him killing his family and even doesn't make it right for him to murder his wife and son plus there are people, athletes, mma fighters , boxers even wrestlers had the same brain injuries as benoit and they didn't kill their relatives and other people. And people say how do we know because we're not there in person , but they were able to say kevin Sullivan and vince mcmahon murder benoit and his family trying to defend him and his actions even though theres zero evidence and mcmahon and other wrestlers and people saidhe was able to travel , do what he want in wrestling and acts okay to people. We don't know what happen in the house in person . But we know he killed Nancy and Daniel because there's huge alot of evidence on benoit from the police with forensic science. The cops use it on the chrime scene to find out what he did in the house. And whe also know that benoit use to beating up his wife , he was aggressive with Nancy and we all know she file a restraining order and wanted a divorce and want to leave him before he killed her. Another fact, another piece of evidence came from her sister. All of us and any huma can see what's going on. An abusive husband who always agressive and assaulted his wife . She wanted to leave Benoit by on the process of divorcing him than she get killed, along that handicap 7 year son. And his other son Daniel was being bullied and had a horrible time and was force to live to be the son of a murder because benoit put him in that position he doesnt deserve for what he did .these people didn't care about benoit. They didn't care for him when he was alive they only care after he killed his family, along there are those jump on benoit wagon in wrestlemania 20 when he won the world title. That's shows they are big time fakes, posers, scums of the earth, lowlife, evil and motherf****** pieces of s*** sons of bitches
