I'm a Capricorn and thankfully I'm not dominated by our dark side! YIKES! What a miserable, sick, disgusting existence that would be! I'm very nurturing towards my children and grandchildren and could care less about being a gold digger. With every sign having a light and dark side, I believe that every human being can show a bit of their dark side in times of deep stress or turmoil. For a person whose light side dominates their personality, it takes A LOT to make their dark side come out. But no one is perfect. Usually, if a bit of dark side does ooze out, it's situational & temporary, brought on by extreme negative circumstances/people. However, a person of any sign who is not normally dark-sided will recognize when this happens to them and strive to make things right, and surround themselves with positive energy again as quickly as possible. I know that I can be a cold hearted BITCH, but ONLY to someone who DESERVES it, someone who has deliberately hurt me or my loved ones (like when I had to deal with a dark-sided Leo woman - DAMN what a conniving BITCH she was.) I am a Capricorn woman with a pieces ascendant and Gemini moon. I find that the cold unemotional parts of Capricorn ordinarily don't pertain to me, I am very sensitive and empathetic and have many close friends and loved ones throughout my life. mom is a darkside Capricorn who got a split personality that was the coldest thing I have ever encountered. felt dominated siriually but no spiritual fortifying went down or not enough to make a difference. she was that spinster type. so unemotional, n Never seen her cry, very few friends.. Now I have Saturn conjunct Uranus in Cap and Neptune and mars in Cap so I can identify with this a lot too. I see it more as a cross to bear than a source of pride however. fortunately I'm cancer rising with a water grand trine of mercury pisces and Pluto in Scorpio so I can rebuild my emotions faster. for example I heal my emotions with acupressure (touch based acupuncture) and the transformations (pluto in scorpio) is going much faster than I thought. anyways thanks for framing my mom and giving me a new referential perspective on her demeanor and emotionality.
