A song inspired by the dance/ritual that Roland performs for the people of The Calla in Stephen King's book The Wolves Of The Calla.
Curiously, when I uploaded this as a part of the whole "Wolves of the Calla" piece in 2009 the surround sound tracks were missing so I had to downmix the entire track to mono UGH! Now, just a few years later, KZbin has improved so that the whole composition may now be heard.

Does anyone else imagine Roland's dance of the Commala to be a flamenco style? It's the closest approximation I've found so far :)

Aye, after looking up flamenco, it's pretty close. On my initial read, I imagined some kind of crazy prospector dance, mixed with a square dance haha

@lerxst211288 just looked it up and it didn't yield any good results, unfortunately. Could you post a link to what you're referring to? My results turned up the dance compilation of someone called Kaycee Rice (which I'm sure is not what you meant) :)

Hey just wanted to say I've been listening to Vol 1 and 2 of this since I found them online, a while ago. I loved the books, and while I don't know if I can always put the songs with the subjects, they're still pretty damn good and I enjoy them, and the download links to 256k mp3's made my night. I had them both in 128, and I could tell.

Yes, that makes sense! The lyrics to The Comalla are rather bawdy, so it seems right that this musical interpretation has a sexual rhythm - building up to a climax! Thankee sai.
