I think JYPE is better in some matters (e.g. letting Twice date, interact with other idols etc.) but they are very bad at propmoting. As I know about Twice the most, I'm gonna talk about their case. They're very talented and popular but very very badly promoted... I'm sure they'd be a lot more popular if they were promoted properly AND internationally. Look at the recent MiSaMo comeback for example.

Jyp has its own problems but it seems like they're one of the best companies among the big ones. They have a good environment according with some of their idols. Even if I always has my doubts about companies, it's a good point for them the fact the all the idols from two big groups of them renewed their contract without big complains or problems (9 and 8 members). They still have 4 out of 6 members of 2pm and The Jyp was able to make a 30th year concert with lots of guests that he worked on at the company. I have several points against the management, promotions and marketing, but observing the other companies i think they still are some steps ahead in terms of work environment and some freedom.

1) jyp(the man himself) is not jype(the business). it has been years since he stopped handling the business front. 2) if you have followed jype enough, youd realize that theres some very distinct phases that the company has gone through. you could roughly cut those phases with their biggest artist at that time. imo, the darkest period of jype was around the ending phase of wonder girls, transitions to missA even till before twice really made it big. you dont need to dig far to hear fandoms hating on jype because of groups/members mistreatments left and right. there are a lot of individuals that had mental health issues at that time that even now those individuals are still suffering from and trying to recover from. this new phase of jype, which is the current one, started at around when sana and mina had mental health problems one after the other. (jype was specially fond of mina like a daughter even during trainee days) you could know roughly when it happened when jyp himself started to reach out to his former artists and even artists from different agencies to help them out somehow. it somehow seems like the guy bumped his head or something that made him realize that he did people wrong. and while i did say that jyp is not the ceo anymore, it would be foolish to say that he doesnt have any influence inside. fortunately, it seems that he used his influence to steer jype into a healthier direction. i am not defending the dude, all im saying is at the least he helped steer up the agency he helped built. while i wouldnt say that jype is perfect, at the least they turned into a new phase where they now prioritize artists first before business profit. current phase of jype is the complete opposite of hybe's current situation where they prioritize business and profit first, then completely leaves out the idols treating them like replaceable merchandise they can control around and relatively control the fans with. if you think about it that way, twice not penetrating western market as successfully as bts and blackpink was a blessing in disguise for jype.. it humbled the company down, unlike what happened to hybe and yg... hybe sped run internal corruption and hyper toxic internal business politics...

Almost at 2k 🥳 Agree with you, as much as I love JYP, one of their biggest problem is JYPE'S lack of promotions. Which is why Sneakers by Itzy didn't do well.

Well the thing is that DON’T MIX JYP AND JYPE… JYP is not the CEO from quite a while now… And JYP is not the only producer for every group since a long time. So Don’t use JYP picture every time you said JYPE… especially because it seems that most of the artist have a great relationship with him. It’s not like YG for YGE anymore.

.let me tell you ..twice always get better promotions than other groups since starting...lets forget all recent group for a while ..when there's got 7 and twice in the co. ..it was always twice who got lot of promotion and attention over got 7 ....even today twice get good promotions for cb's than any other group ..nmixx, xdinary heroes .....day 6 always managed to dominate home country chart even without much promotions ....itzy also got promotion in their recent cb's but not as much as twice.... this year skz got a good promotions + skz hardcore international fanbase is growing from last 2 years . ...so I think people must ask for non-promoting for promotion most...I really feel bad for xdinary heroes when anyone rant over promotions....even new boy band nexz getting better promotion than them xdinary heroes could be worldwide metal rock band ..

Rubbish video spouting nonsense. Jype is the only agency that match what the artist wants. Just look at the annual earnings vs other big agencies. With so many concerts and comebacks from their artists, their profit is lesser. Why? Cos they reinvest back to the artists

A bunch of Aghases right now, are laughing on most of those toxic or "innocents" ONCE at their faces. When Gpt7 was struggling and fighting and calling them for support them like a idols and fans born in the same company, I remember many of those ONCE saying that was a jealousy act, and they were envying on Twice, that wasn't a real concern about it. To this kind of response, I also remember a lot of STAYs, saying the mase sh1t about it. But on ti e like this, when they saw the lack of support from JYP, , now, till now, they are concern about it. In the past they were only like 5 groups, 15&, Day6, Got7, Twice and Stray Kidz. But right now, they have Boys History, Nmixx, Niziu, Vcha and I guess they are close to release another boy group, so be happy with that.

JYP Entertainment is trash! HYBE FTWWWWW
