The slayn elves spirit doesn't stay in the Halls of Mandos until the end of Arda, they stay until they are re-embodied after an unknown about of time - most likely they better of a person they were, the faster they get re-embodied.

I really enjoy this not a big fan of lord of the rings but I love to listen and hear you summing up the lore! (Maybe I should read the books since the movies are really painfull to watch and I enjoy reading more)

Read the books, you get a better sense of the tale. Films use a lot of artistic licence. Especially the hobbit films nothing like the book 🙄
