Yes i bought this the day it came out at Best Buy i also bought The Dead Next Door the same day i thought for sure that Day of the dead 2 would be better than the Dead Next Door but i was so wrong lol. Anchor Bay was my favorite dvd company back then. Do you remember Dead and Breakfast ? or All Souls Day : Dia de los Muertos ? i remember buying them around the same time both of those were really fun. Awesome video Man!

I do remember this because I was working at Blockbuster when it was released. Thankfully it didn’t cost money to rent, so the only thing lost was time. A truly terrible film.

I remember watching this when it came out (I was prob 15) my dad asked me what it was about (he's a fan of the OG Romero films). I told him it was about ret@rds in a mental hospital that turn into ret@rd zombies... and I don't like using that word...

i bought it in 2006 and figured it wasnt official but i bought everything zombie especially a sequel to romero just to complete it but yeah i saw it once or twice and its still in the collection

Just found your channel. Oddly enough I also own day of the dead 2 dvd. and creepshow 3. Been collecting horror and slasher movies since I was 13 in 93. Still to this day I buy st least a movie every week. Day 2 and creepshow 3 suck ass for sure. But I knew that b4 I bought them. I'm a completions lol. Knowing there's a sequel out there (even in name only) drew me crazy. Had to buy them back in 06.

I already knew it was going to be sh*t just from the fact it was direct to video and George A. Romero had nothing to do with it. But I rented it anyway just out of curiosity. I watched 5 minutes at took it back and told the people at the rental store something was wrong with it. They didn't ask for details, just gave me my money back and I rented something else.
