You can still refund after 2 hours, it just means the refund review will be manual, if the game is that bad and that much of a scam just state it in your review and you will probably get your money back. If anyone has purchased a game like this recently you can still refund it on steam after 2 hours, the 2 hours is just an auto review, once you go past 2 hours it just means someone actually has to review and see your point, Neo and his friends refunded Calisto after playing like 5 hours or so, I refunded a game once after going past 2 hours. With how bad and a scam this game is you probably don't need to put much to get a refund, still do either way just to get that refund more likely.
