I adore nature!
Hiking, travelling, getting into the forest, sailing out to the sea-you name it. I even love getting dirty outside in the mud when it rains. Getting cold when the winds blow and I'm sure out there when it snows... As a professional photographer, I've been wanting to start documenting these trips and "adventures" for months now, but somehow, instead of just taking the camera and pressing record, I just kept procrastrinating.
There were many excuses, some of them even good, I must admit. "I'll do it when there's more time. Just this one more project, this delivery which is due in 2 days. When I get a better camera. When I buy this super-light tripod that I will easily carry with me wherever I go. When... "
A year went by and I made exactly zero videos.
So a couple of days ago, even though it hadn't stopped raining for days, I picked up my old trusty Canon 5D Classic, an old Russian Helios 44 lens and hit the trail into the mountains. And you know what? I had a blast! :)
Here's the pilot.
