Judging by ANC's record and DA's record of management ... I think that perhaps the DA should be in charge of portfolio's desperately in need of getting in order . And to watch the ANC doesnt miss use funds , deputy ministers from DA .

Their record managing metros is dismal in Pretoria and Joburg. Not an ANC voter but remember a time when this metro was run very well and always clean and no issues with inflated electricity bills.
