True UI is just SSB Goku with UI Omen's appearance, he doesn't even fight in any way that resembles moving without thinking, I am convinced Toyotaro just hated having to draw Goku's fighting style in MUI because it took too much effort, so he got rid of it. Its even unclear if Goku's body still dodges instinctively, because there's no indication that he even does anymore, certainly doesn't look like it, TUI is nothing but a downgrade that ruined what UI was supposed to be, UI without the dodging and Graceful fighting style befitting a Martial Arts master isn't UI.

Toriyama and Toyotaro’s biggest mistake in my opinion was writing Goku and Vegeta into loosing to GAS which resulted in some panic rushed plot device to come to a resolution. Would have been amazing to use Goku’s UI as a defense mechanism to lure gas in and keep him at bay and Vegeta’s UE as an offensive mechanism to hurt gas, the perfect balance of Yin and Yang. As Gas gets pushed into a corner all of a sudden a beam kills him and in comes Frieza, then Elec and his buddies try to intervene and Elec gets blown to smitherens and everything goes the same way as the story. Frieza states that he isn’t here to kill Goku and Vegeta because he is worried about a much more menacing threat, Whis arrives and takes them away to train. Whis knows what Frieza is referring to and also states Beerus is training in the same time chamber but for 100 years instead. The chapter ends with Goku asking the fish if Frieza is the strongest in the universe and the fish stays silent, panel cuts to Frieza looking up at the sky worried while Beerus is sweating in the time chamber from rigorous training and a mysterious hand grabs hold of the OG 73 corpse. There……a much better ending to the Granola arc.

The problem is that it contradicts the Moro Arc: 1) Goku was chilling in Completed Ultra Instinct for entire chapters and no one ever mentioned a time limit, not even Whis who was supervising. The only reason Goku lost to Earth Moro was because Moro closed the power gap and was draining Goku's ki at a rapid rate any time he touched him. 2) Beerus and Whis comment that Goku's accuracy was *increasing* while fighting 73-Moro, not decreasing, as he was getting more used to the form. Even within the Moro Arc there are still problems. - Goku is looking around like a headless chicken in ULTRA INSTINCT while both Granolah and Vegeta try to tell him that the Granolah he's fighting is a clone, even though Goku literally USED CLONES against Whis at the start of the arc! He has to get dumbed down just for Granolah to have the *opportunity* to attack him. Moro UI Goku would never. - Granolah just gained all that power and still somehow has enough skill to pinpoint strike Completed UI Goku, yet Blue Evolution Vegeta is lasting much longer than Goku and says that Granolah is still bad at using his power...even though he one-shot Completed UI.

I do think Goku's final form should be UI in base. Goku shouldn't even NEED to use forms like SSJ1-SSG anymore because the people he is fighting are just too strong. Giving Goku UI in base is also poetic in the sense that after all of these transformations on top of transformations, Goku's full power is just himself.

A granola who just beat ue vegeta after unlocking his 2nd red eye couldn't takedown ssb ui goku with any vital attacks. When a weaker granola with 1 red eye was able to take out a silver haired ui goku with one vital attack. Then there was base goku who's barrier no sold a blade and ki blasts from a gas who beat an evolved ue vegeta. That version of gas also broke his blade on the barrier. And even when gas was stronger than tui goku in his old and skeleton form he was still taken damage from tui goku's attacks. Tui goku's barrier also no sold a blast from the 1st version of old gas who was stronger than him. And as goku said the silver haired form is still stronger than tui. And ui puts base goku on par with ssj vegeta in speed and gives base goku faster reaction speed than ssj vegeta.

I also said True UI was the dumbest and laziest excuse for a power-up as well lmao. Vegeta tells Goku to go somewhere and think about UI and he comes back 2 minutes later the strongest??? No journey taken, no obstacles reached, no extra training....no, he just went to a vacant mountain and meditated for a minute or 2 and BAM, new form 🤣🤣🤣 and the design is a blander UI sign, without the unique sharper hair design....the very thing that made it look cool in the first place. DBS has a recycling issue. Plot lines, themes, literal villians, “forms” with a higher number and different color pallet. There literally no stakes in this show. Ever. No matter what anyone says, we all know Gokus gonna win. Everytime. Death has no meaning in this show anyway because they bring back whatever character the plot demands for their recycled idea at the time. Im SO sick of Frieza. Hes so boring now just stay dead dude. I hate when Toyotarou/Toei introduces forms without explaining what they are or how they work. Like SSJ Rage Trunks or Beast Gohan. True Ultra Instinct was explained better than those two forms and had better foreshadowing but I still think it could've been better portrayed. I don't hate the form but I hate how it was treated. Either way, this is still my favorite arc of dbs. I genuinely think Gas and Granolah are way more deep and interesting antagonists than Moro and Jiren. Moro and Jiren were only interesting because of their strength/magic but Gas and Granolah were interesting because of their motives, goals, backstory, and mystery. Granolah and Gas actually had interesting themes as characters and had unique relationships with other characters rather than just "generic strong guy" like Jiren or "generic evil guy" like Moro.

I've said it once, and I'll say it again. I believe they made Goku's Base form UI a thing because they had no idea what to do after the mastered UI. Super Saiyan is their most Iconic form, and Having UI be at the top all the time is sure to ruin their ability to sell toys and stuff like that. So they got rid of it, made base form Goku always have UI but for sure it will get outclassed by someone, and he won't be able to dodge like he used to and then have a new SSJ form. That's the only thing I can think of that sounds logical. UI will be nothing but Goku not being able to dodge faster opponents.

Here we go with the beerus has always been this strong😒. Theres litterally multiple statements out there that condridict that even going by feats from dbs. 1. Vegito blue from zamasu arc was compared to beerus and was hinted to possibly even beat him by supreme kai. 2. Anime Jiren gets introduced and you got statements and guides telling you he is above the gods. Litterally he was foreshodowed to be the mortal not even a god can beat. If we go by manga jiren is stronger than belmod putting him in that god tier so beerus in manga wouldnt be much stronger than jiren considering all the gods are relative to eachother. 3. Even broly from the movie was hinted to be stronger than beerus and hes weaker than jiren and mui goku from top. 4.Moro gets introduced and hes flat out stronger than both jiren and broly who are already god tier if not higher characters. Goku litterally perfects ui and bullys moro with ease the same moro that absorbed a angel merus. 5. Beerus has never trained since his fight with ssj god goku in early dbs. He litterally sat on his ass while goku and his gang evolved. There is no reason he should be stronger than goku

Don't think goku's going to get any form stronger than his silver haired form. Even tui was said to be weaker and it looked stronger and better than the silver haired form until goku in the silver haired form threw gas into space. That was after goku was knocked unconscious though. I'm curious what would've happened if goku after gotten taken out by black frieza went back into his silver haired form and summoned that giant avatar again. Or if he was just in his silver haired form but still unconscious. To me it's like tui allows goku to fight like a saiyan while the silver haired form allows goku to fight like an angel and even though goku's strong when he fights like a saiyan he's strongest when he fights like an angel. While vegeta is strongest when he fights like a god of destruction.

About the Goku only staying in his base. Toriyama said in an interview after the Battle if God's movie that after his fight with beerus Goku realized that it would be benifitial to master the normal SSJ and his base. I don't know if that fan theory predates this interview but if it didn't. Toriyama's been talking about that snow since 2013. That is where the fans get it from

Thankyou for making a video that truly conveys my angry emotions with this shit written story. Another thing with UE Vegeta facing Granolah, is that granolah stopped using his pressure point attacks as soon as the opponent who grew stronger from normal physical attacks showed up. If anything, vegeta should’ve went first and been the one to get one shotted from granolah cause he didn’t pay enough attention. Not goku and there you go, maybe you don’t have to write these weaknesses for ui, vegeta isn’t that bad off cause he dropped his guard, and then you can have goku win, but then gas shows up, and the rest can go on. It can also teach vegeta that while pain makes him stronger, he has to control himself and balance taking damage for strength, and control his emotions better

And yeah I’m giving vegeta goku’s problems from this arc so as not to diminish ui for no reason and maybe reserve UE later on with gas. Maybe make it so that the one shot gives him a super zenkai from the form making him stronger as he gets damaged. Just an idea if anything. And the problem with UE is that vegeta, especially at first, let himself take too much damage early on in the fight with granolah and became weakened. He needs to balance out letting himself take too much damage. And it seems to be a mental thing, with his wrathful nature making him too ok with the damage, until he can no longer fight because of it

And letting your guard down in a battle doesn’t have to be a goku only trait. It’s very possible for vegeta to do it, especially since he doesn’t have ui. And I know how transformations work and how they get surpassed. I don’t think ui should be invincible. I’m just spitting out potential different ways to write vegeta’s UE and goku’s UI to not be so poorly executed and the writing for this whole arc is already bad. I’m just taking what we got and trying to turn it a different way. I’d probably have a completely different story than what we got as it is. But for the writing we got, these are spitball ideas

I had actually stated at first vegeta needs to control his emotions so he doesn’t get too reckless and take too much damage, while goku needs to focus on his emotions and what not for his movements. That’s the point of they’re forms, it’s a similar mental premise they’d have to apply, but for different reasons, just executed differently and maybe better. Their forms are meant to be opposite sides of the same coin kind of thing. Different, but also similar.

this arch made me appreciate all of the asspull power ups of the asspull of power infinitely more at least with the asspull of power everyone was fighting for the survival of there universe thinking if they lost it would be the end of everything not knowing that all of the universes would be restored so the constant need to get stronger altho power scaling wise made no sense as a concept actually did make sense and also despite the concept of universes representing a certain ideal of life was a bit dumb some of the character interactions and connections made sense this bullshit however you could train your entire life encounter and overcome challenges even gods couldn't overcome and all the sudden some random asshole who has a power fantasy could wish to become the strongest and actually have it happen and if they wanted to use there brain power they could just regather the 2 orbs and make a wish to cancel out the drawback as its shown those dragon balls have no cool down just for it to all end in nothing getting done because the writers wanted frieza to be the one to kill gas instead of gronola despite it being his arch having him do something completely out of his character by forgetting all about his revenge and just becoming a extension of goku with no free will even tho none of the characters would of wanted that to happen to begin with and even with frieza has it shown that he has the power to one shot goku and vegeta in one blow just to then piss off when the two people he hates the most were at his mercy when every other point in the arch all he wanted was revenge on goku and vegeta altho mainly goku with no indication as to why he would spare them like that not even a hint of a long term scheme just oh ill let u off easy as i wasnt here for u i was here for someone else literally frieza at any other point of the story wouldnt of given a shit and killed them for getting in his way it was shown in og dragon ball and even dbs where he killed those universe 9 warriors for shits and giggles despite him only wanting to go to the asspull of power at the time

I hate the granolah arc so much i want to forget it even happened.I mean in granolah arc in order to keep the gods relevant they gave vegeta a new form to be on par with mui goku ( lore wise ui is far greater than hakaishin power). Not only that but ue vegeta didnt do shit but lose and goku despite having ui barely dodged and got beat as if he was a regular ssj. Talking about training and hardwork beats cheating where the mf gas can just get stronger just cause he feels like it. The moro fight felt like a final boss. Goku was at his peek and mui felt invincible litterally moro had to absorb an angel and obtain ui himself in order to compete with goku. Like that battle should of been them transcending the realm of gods but nope beerus is still above goku. Also Tui is pointless

I’m be honest, there’s legit nothing in this arc that is appealing imo. I didn’t care too much about Granola even in his introduction. The Heaters who thrive over information didn’t do anything with said information they got from Zuno. For example, where’s Frieza located right now? I’m surprise that their whole motivate was to take Frieza’s fodder army but yet never asked this simple question to Zuno? So what they do instead, tag along Goku and Vegeta into this mess even though the Heaters are aware of the Saiyans and their distaste for Frieza so why would Goku, Vegeta, and Granola care about the heaters killing Frieza? Who knows? (Edit: Yes I’m aware that they wanted Granola dead bc he would ruin their “plan” but like if they were going make Gas the strongest anyway to deal with Frieza then the Saiyans involvement doesn’t matter.

Bardock… don’t get me started on him. I said it before and was right. Bardock being involved would only lead to two things: 1.) Messing up Goku’s development or 2.) Being added into the story for no real purpose. And both situation happen. It’s just hilarious to me. True Ui is complete trash. I never said that and if I did I meant the strongest people is in the multi verse use UI and not UE aka the angels, grand priest who is in the top 5 strongest 2. I don’t understand this comment 3. UI Goku was in fact stated to be stronger in the anime and current UI Goku is stronger than Vegito blue from the future trunks arc that was stated in the manga and in shonen jump to surpass Beerus as well 4. That wasn’t the point, the fact you use the ultimate Dragon balls to just change bodies with a future trunks arc Goku but using a Dragon that only cost 2 small balls can make you stronger than ultra instinct/ego by sacrificing life force would have hit better using the ultimate Dragon Balls 5. Non of this was stated and Goku himself said if their is any flaws with UI its his fault for his lack of training or misunderstanding of UI when fight Granolah 6. That is not true because MUI was still the ultimate form for both the tournament of power and moro arc back to back (can be implied foe this arc because he transformed into for emergency) 7. This is just a garbage idea tbh, none of them are a good enough fighter for it 8. No he wasn’t, he was stated many times to be equal to goku in those arcs and in the manga goku was way stronger than vegeta in the goku black arc because he could use mastered blue and fight fused zamasu and even use hakai 9.
