Elbows in general are very powerful. I agree, especially if you put your weight behind the strike.

you know the point of the video is just a demonstration so why even say that. you have to take into consideration if you’re already a few minutes / 10 minutes into a fight you are fatigued & especially if you’re on the back foot, your blocks might not be as strong as a full power elbow from your opponent

I saw fights in Bang Tao, Phuket. 2 of 7 fights ended by ellbow KO. So definitely yes. Very effective. Knuckles are padded but ellbow not (nonsense if you think of it...)

Knuckles are padded so they won't break against the skull. Gloves are there to protect the wearer's knuckles, not the face on the recieving end.

probably the deadliest. There's also a ton of torque behind the up elbow when you walk it in.
