The way he does it it achieves a similar goal. He’s a really short dude so the jump back is a bit stronger than a plain pull, because they are off balance they keep moving forward into range while he is in a steady stance allowing him to pull off the sweep.

Is their another way to substitute running. I heard running fucks up your knees. I also shadow box a lot to th point I feel like my bones hurt. So my other question is if you soreness feels super deep to the bone, is that ok? I’m thinking about longevity. And being in my prime too.
