1st this was amazing! Thank you for the recap! 2nd, I think it seems like people are bashing her because all of the comments are negative but it’s because her behavior was dangerously unethical. Trying to get in illegally obtain evidence, disregard for time and resources, the huffs and puffs and comments at the table which even the jurors complained about and said was distracting…it was all bad. I don’t think it’s bashing “in as much as” (😂) it’s just calling out the behavior that happened to be triggering and bad.

Everything about the Antonio Sledge situation really bothers me. The fact that his attorney admitted on the stand that he didn’t even read through the final plea documents, especially after knowing previously edited versions contained manipulated language “snuck in” by Ms Love-to-be-shady, should support an ineffective counsel appeal. It just seems so unconstitutional in my opinion

I was born and raised on hip hop and this trial has opened my eyes. It’s shown me how folks can lie about money, be broke and hang around rich dudes, shoot and kill folks and shoot innocent folks and have enough money to get away with it cause it couldn’t be proven. This is happening daily but for the first time, I was able to see the other side of the music I bop my head to and blast out my whip. I’ve witnessed the death side. Folks are dying caise everyone wants to rap about money, hoes, clothes, drugs, guns and killin. Put a doctor Dre beat to it and it’s a banger. But what’s the future of our youth though. This case has made me rethink what I wanna blast in my car. I don’t want to bob my head to so called fake or real gangsta shit no more.
@seanthetraveler27 күн бұрын
Don’t misunderstand my comment. I’ll always love hip hop cause it’s in my blood, but now when I HEAR what’s being said, most of it no longer sounds like some dope shit I like blasting. I’m now paying attention to the words and it’s making me question WHY the labels are encouraging the artists to promote negativity in my ears just because the beat is dope as fuck. I’m conflicted because now I know I’m listening to some lost brothas who are unorganized claiming something they’re gonna be pleading out if they ever get arrested. 99% of everything I listened to in the past has been trap, drill, or straight gangsta shit. Now I have to make some new playlists of who the hell knows. All I’m saying is my eyes have been opened to the truth from simply watching this entire trial.
@Dynamic_JP27 күн бұрын
Simply put, it's death music. Music is powerful. Rap DOES NOT have to glorify murder, drugs, hypersexuality, broken homes, and crime but it's the single genre that does exactly that over and over. It's sending a message that those activities are the way to success, fame, and money. Look around and you'll see the message is working especially in our communities.
@Finneganbeginagain127 күн бұрын
It’s funny.. my best memory of Tick was when Love asked him if he knew the definition of snitch and he said “I don’t think I really know what it means”. She said “use it in a sentence”, and he said “that guy is a snitch”. I don’t know why I thought it was funny but Tick was a really funny witness.

I’m not sure why people are giving the prosecutors so much grace and holding their tongues about their behavior!! They were unethical, dishonest, they used every dirty trick they knew and compromised their integrity for a win. They deserve to be drug through the mud. They would have gladly taken guilty verdicts knowing they did everything they could to prevent these men from getting a fair trial and would have slept like babies and celebrated and that is terrifying and that type of behavior should NEVER be ok. It’s not just a job when you’re doing everything you possibly can to take people’s freedom regardless if it is ethical or legal. The only way that type of behavior changes is for them to be drug through the mud for doing it. And that’s the type of b😂Javier that results in innocent people going to jail!! QUIT GIVING THEM A PASS BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ANYOBE ELSE ONE. Matter of fact they are willing to use their power to take peoples freedom with out an ounce of concern for the truth or justice.
