You’re not wrong about the things you’re saying, however. Keep in mind, in that tank fight, Ryan was brought down to 136, plus a rehydration clause, plus a separated rib. Honestly, despite all this he was piecing Tank up a couple times there. He’s gonna feel good weight wise, he’s gonna be a little more polished, and Haney isn’t used to a bigger younger guy pressuring him. Haney isn’t as safe from a KO as you think

Nah what you’re saying is true. Not sure if you’re a returning viewer so idk if you already know this but I tend to go for the underdogs for my predictions. My mind would create reasons and scenarios as to why or how the underdog would win and I can see a scenario where Ryan - out of instinct - throws a really fast snappy left hook that catches and drops Haney. It’ll be at the late stage of the fight, when Haney is under complete control and he feels he’s got Ryan’s number where he’d loosen up a bit and gets caught, bad. Gets dropped and maybe even stopped. But Haney is very disciplined in the fight as well… he could have pressed Prograis even more to go for the finish but he hung back and stuck to what was working. I think he knows Ryan will be a danger at all times so he’ll be on high alert throughout the whole fight. But nevertheless, Ryan is a live dog that can turn it around with a punch or 2. To be honest I’d love him to catch Haney and win by KO while being behind the cards.. that’ll flip the whole boxing world upside down and I’m all for it

Ryan has natural talents and although Haney has accomplished a lot more than Ryan as a boxer, Ryan is still the bigger star that sells more tickets. Gervante Davis got his biggest payday for fighting Ryan and the same will be for Haney. Most boxing experts will say it should be an easy win for Haney but Haney and his father know that is not true. Ryan has a left hook that can land at any time and put most fighters to sleep and for that reason Haney will have to be well versed and mentally prepared. I believe Haney will be ready for the challenge and should win but if Ryan truly trains properly for this he will win.

Honestly I feel as though Devin himself thinks this is a walk in the park. I think he’ll go in there very confident but cautious. He’ll win the early rounds and he’ll gain more confidence and perhaps loosen up. Now the fight with Prograis he was under complete control of that fight but refused to step on the gas. People made comments on that - saying that he could have knocked Prograis out had he stepped it up a bit. I think there’s a slight chance that he tries to go for the knock out in this fight. To silence the criticism and to launch himself into true superstardom. ESPECIALLY for the casual fans. Having said that, there’s a chance that Ryan throws a lightning fast left hook out of nowhere - out of instinct and lands and knocks down MAYBE even knocks out Devin. When Devin is dominating and up big on the cards. Devin winning big and going for the knockout and getting caught is the only way I can see a Ryan victory. Haney getting overconfident and abandoning his greatest strength - his discipline - is the only way Ryan wins. If Devin stays Devin he’ll win this fight 8-4 or 9-3. Maybe even 10-2 but I do see there being an adjustment period for Devin because Ryan is just that damn athletic. Only my humble opinion, ofc! And like I said in the video multiple times. I’m not a huge fan of Ryan but I sure hope he wins just because it’ll flip the boxing world upside down!

Naturally gifted vs dedicated and naturally gifted. 0:58 Devin is actually more athletic. Remember everything starts with your feet! But if we’re just talking about hands then ofc Ryan is faster and stronger

I believe most if not all professional athletes at that level are naturally gifted but I had to make a point Caleb 🤣 you’re right tho but overall I still think Ryan is more gifted than Devin

I don't think Devin is more athletic. I think he's feet are more trained and skilled. If Ryan worked on his feet as much as his hook he'd have faster feet.
