The Shikairo Deizu were a faction in the Japanese Civil War of the 2030s. Led by one Shika Shikanoko, they fought for the installation of a new Monarchy in Japan, and to officially recognize Deer as citizens. With their headquarters in Nara, they often went on raids through the countryside, particularly attacking formations of the Japanese Reds in ambushes all across the country. They were notorious for their use of Deer-drawn Tachanki and mounted troops, which allowed them unparalleled mobility. While their fighting style has been compared to that of the Anarchist Black Army under Nestor Makhno during the Russian Civil War (citation needed), their political alignment were firmly conservative and Monarchist, supporting the Japanese Whites, and even lending troops to their siege and eventually assault on Tokio. After the Whites lost the Civil War, the Shikairo Deizu were driven into exile by the Reds, and Shika Shikanoko died of liver failure while living in a forest in Germany.

I heard from quite reliable sources that they could have won that battle but they lost just because their leader, Noko Shikanoko, gave up the attack at the siege of Tokyo and ordered her men to retreat after their allies lost. As part of her testimony at the Hague tribunal she said: "I gave up because it wasn't fun anymore, I didn't feel like continuing and I also remembered that I left my oven on at home." Sadly, a lot of these documents were lost in flames set up by various anti deer cults. I would update the wiki but I don't know the procedures around it so can you do it?
