Great defence and victory on Yavin Rooster, now for the usual post-op back seat gaming comment........ Imperial AT-AA walkers (the crawling anti-air vehicles) have an ability to disrupt missiles, and is one of the reasons why they are a really tough supporting unit, missiles do the main damage dealing against armour. Get your troops / tanks closer so their main laser cannons can hit them, and stop them from deploying their ability to make sure rebel rockets hit true Same thing with Nebulon-B frigates, one of the most important support ships of the rebellion, mainly for their picket ability and missile jamming ability. One or two well timed missile jams and you've effectively disabled any victory class I star destroyers nearby, don't just use the bulk-cruiser's point defence, not when the AI spam their own missile barrage ability. Also remember that MC75s have a missile barrage ability too, use them to disable enemy shields / in a flyby and cover the approach of MC30s (which is basically Luke's lucky shot in a corvette). The empire ai usually is too dumb to invest in support ships so exploit their lack of medium to small craft to the maximum, I highly recommend the stronger DP-20 corelllian corvettes which pack much more punch than the classic CR-90, upgrades people upgrades Great work with the heavy hero usage, you'll soon realise your heroes are your best ground troops and the later battles might become repetitive since they're so good, try getting a few more artillery pieces or use General Rikeen to do some deep strike hot landings against enemy positions, its amazing for some combat inserts next to enemy power generators. You are right that Eriadu is a hard space battle, but I'll remind you again that the auto-resolve button does exist and the imperials forgot to garrison any naval ships in orbit....... I'm willing to bet with your main fleet you can just auto resolve with minimal loses if any, but it also isn't too hard of a raid target so go wild. My recommendation would be to rush any capturable building to get an advantage and blitz the enemy outpost and medium factory, don't let their reinforcements come out, cut them off from their source. You also need to watch out since the civilian population of Eriadu is loyal to the empire, prepare to fight some local militia who might get in your way...... Great progress as usual and it's high time to completely liberate the outer rim, godspeed rebels

Incredible. As per usual, my responses: Noted. I can see charging the AT-AAs as a valid strategy. Definitely will need to see when I can, though, since they are oftentimes flanked by support. Will try it, though. Those pesky things are just so useful for Dave. It feels like he always brings them. I seriously need to use Nebulon-Bs more often. They're incredible support ships and play that multifaceted role so well. They can block missiles The DP-20, hm? I'm actually struggling with the benefit of using the other corvettes given how Dave doesn't bring in a lot of small-to-medium craft & the other corvettes I have are less AA-focused and more corvette & frigate-focused. What is the benefit to using them over the CR-90 in that case? Oh, I'll definitely be doing some drop-offs with the General and his crazy HTT. The heroes are so good. Good call. I'm thinking the ground battle will be the most fun. So, I'll take your advice on that. Thank you so much! These comments are a joy. They are so useful.
