The reason TNA ended their working relationship with RoH was because TNA was getting ready to sign a major TV deal, and couldn't have this hanging over their heads. So they told RoH that if the working relationship was to continue, RoH would have to sign a document stating that Feinstein was no longer involved with the company in any way, and if they were lying there would be hefty fines. Since RoH knew Feinstein hadn't really resigned, they refused to agree with the terms. About a year later it was revealed that he was still with the company, and fan backlash forced his complete removal.

Just for clarity, the New Jack vs Vic Grimes match was a scaffold match, meaning the object of the match was to throw the opponent off of it. There was a large stack of tables set up in the ring to break the wrestler's fall. What New Jack tried to do was throw Vic so hard he'd miss the tables entirely and splat on the floor outside the ring. Fortunately for Grimes, that didn't work out like New Jack wanted.
