As a father this makes me sick to my stomach, my baby girl is 9. I couldn't imagine anything happening to her. Every parents worst nightmare is something tragic happening to their child. So sad, I hope those babies get justice.

My daughter turned 13 years old a few days ago. The second I heard about the case I've been glued to it for that reason. Cases like this are worse for obvious reasons. Justice needs to be served. I don't like to imagine what that would be like, but I know I wouldn't handle it well at all.

@@debwilson245 Yeah I've thought that too before. Maybe the killer is the son of a senator or a rich guy and they're being protected. The thing is there would be absolute hell to pay if that ever got out and it would require a lot of cops to be absolute trash. I think no amount of status could protect this killer forever. Another detail that makes these cases so creepy is that if the killer had used Snapchat to track the girls' location then he had probably stalked them to other locations to watch them and ensure he has the correct targets. That just creeps me out so bad.. the idea that making your location public on a social app means anyone around you could be stalking you
@IhaveaDoghouse
@IhaveaDoghouse Жыл бұрын
Its definitely a fact that some kids are giving their location to predators using that feature. Another reason why kids need to know not to add anyone they don’t 100% know in real life. My nieces friend had someone calling her school and other creepy things at 8 years old because she added them on Facebook because she “thought she knew them” that’s bs. You know who you know it wasn’t a fake account with a profile of someone she knew it was a fake account of a complete stranger and she still added it. Same as the Amanda Todd story. I don’t care what anyone says little kids are completely stupid and they can’t protect themselves. Parents need to do it for them,keep track of their friends list and if they add one person that they dont know take away their social media. Especially at 8 years olds what a joke to even have it but 14 year old girls are still naive and need someone looking out for them.

I thought about that very same idea a year ago or so. I even called that idea in to the tip line. Im sure they thought of that, but just in case. I have a feeling he used the Snap Map to see that they were there. And assuming that can be tracked, who looks at who's, they could check that and narrow down suspects.

Actually right now there was a S/A OF A POOR girl this September. I walk with pepper spray keychain, among other things to keep myself safe. Wrap them in cotton wool, keep them locked in their rooms? Nothing about this case is as it seems,or what you've been told...edited video, over dubbed voice, photoshopped pictures...then there was a river too deep to cross...emm, how did they end up there(i a shoe thrown across to confuse investigators?). The river was a lot higher on the 13th compared to the 14th(melting snow further back,someone cleverly got the graphs), so believe nothing about this case, especially when you see RA exiting the Police station on the night of the 13th, as capture by a live TV report,wearing,clean,DRY clothing, similar to BG!

I knew someone had to mention this, I just had to scroll the comments long enough. That and evidence shows the girls was taken down the hill and across the smaller and shallow part of the creek. Many others doing youtube videos and pod cast has went down the same way the girls supposed did. I seen mention in the earlier comment that maybe across the drive was easier to get down and across and nobody knows for sure, that it would be nearly impossible for him to lead them down the hill but allegedly the man had a weapon. I've heard that he had either a knife or a gun.

One of the best videos I've seen of the area from a definition/picture quality perspective. There was a couple of inaccuracies in the dialogue but l only know that because I've been following this case for some time. Also I think it would have been too risky to lead them back over the bridge unless there was someone else monitoring the trail leading up to the bridge, but who knows, they have been lucky so far. It would be really good if you were able to revisit around February when the trees are bare to provide an accurate perspective regarding visibility from different vantage points. All in all a good quality video with clear imagery and the narrative presented in a calm and respectful manner. Well done 👍

It's a skill walking up and down hills like that. There were a lot of hills and hollars where I grew up in southern Indiana. My dad taught us how as we went into the woods to mushroom hunt, or gathering wild persimmons to make persimmon pudding, or to go to a stream to fish. It made my legs very strong, and my balance sure. My dad was a great walker, who fast walked miles a day five days a week (although for the last 20 years on flat trails), until shortly before he passed at the age of 87. We explored the woods as children, but always in groups, or with a parent. This was in the sixties and it felt safer, my dad was very protective and strict, I just didn't know why at the time, but now I do.

Chris, I've been following this since the day it happened. Hoping that it will be solved. There are so many podcast, speculations regarding this case. I just can't believe LE has not figured it out & solved it already. Taking too long & Libby recorded on her phone. Still they can't solve, was it all in vain she gave them evidence & nothing is resolved. Five long years, can't believe that! The person or person's are living their lives. Obviously, no conscious how sad. It gets tiring watching all these videos but, I did like your bringing this to light again. They should not be forgotten. 🙏 to Libby & Abby hopefully if your looking down your case will be solved someday. Can't believe some folks haven't heard of this crime or seen other videos on the case. Be safe, Chris especially walking that bridge. I know I couldn't do it, too many missing planks.

I’m going to say, this is just my opinion, the person who did this looks like they had knowledge of the area. That's bullshit. Does that fairy tale make you sleep better at night? In a world full of horrid monsters raping killing and torturing the innocent and getting away with it, does telling yourself "God will sort it out..... in the AFTERLIFE???" Fuck. That. The only justice is here, now, in the flesh, on earth. Instead of a God that just wouldn't let evil like this happen, you actually believe that "naah, it's all right, He will get them AFTER they escape justice on earth"??? Sounds more like God is bullshit and the Afterlife punishment is just some total cop-out.

@@benlaw4647 those are large railroad timbers soaked in oil. They aren’t going to be that rotten for another 50-100 years and it doesn’t just happen all at once like that. They will soften and break from people walking over them the same as the other ones have and you will be able to tell they are rotten. The majority of those one there are solid. I have 50 year old rail road ties that are still completely solid and they’ve been sitting in dirt that holds moisture not drying in the air.
