At his point. That is not holding it up at all. and its okay lol. The custom fittings and hard line tubing at thins point are holding it a 3 point zone. 2 bottom 1 top. I imagine the people who built it found that out really quick as to someone pushing that back closer to the front of the case didn't notice it ripped fittings off and that is how it could have been leaking the first time as well.

@DD-sw1dd4 жыл бұрын
NinjaRider777R Case fans typically around 2 watts of power each so even if you had 50 fans you’d only be using 100 watts (bare in mind with that many fans they are all likely never going above 30% RPM. Why have a loud system with that many fans?). A single watercooling pump can use 5 watts on the low end to 25 watts on the high end. Fans and pumps don’t use much power. You can run multiple fans off a single motherboard fan header. 2-3 fans per header isnt abnormal. 3x MultiGPU setups with massive CPU’s (like the Intel Extreme series), dual system setups, or LN2 overclocking is why those massive 1600w power supplies exist. For example, a single overclocked NVIDIA 2080ti graphics card can use 330 watts of power. GPU’s are the number 1 user of power in all gaming/vid editing/everyday PC’s. I own a custom watercooled system. It has 10 case fans with 6 of the fans cooling two 360mm rads in a single loop which cools my CPU and GPU. The system has a single overclocked NVIDIA 2080ti and an overclocked i7 5960x Intel extreme series processor. My power supply is a Corsair AX1200i. It maxes out at 1200 watts. Even with all the fans, the pump (running at max speed bc it’s a DC pump), the overclocked GPU and CPU, the 5x hard drives I have in the system, along with the large number of USB peripherals hooked up to all 10 of my Asus X99-e WS motherboards USB3 ports, etc... At MOST I only use 650 watts out of my 1200w power supply. I even have a 1000 watt UPS hooked up between my PC and the power outlet. 200w less than my PSU in my computer itself is capable of. Even with my computer, 2K Ultrawide gsync monitor, powered Focusrite audio interface, 2 powered KRK Rokit studio monitors hooked up to the UPS it still comes nowhere near 1000 watts. With his 2 GPU’s and CPU in that system he’s probably maxing out at around 1000w during EXTREME stress testing with CPU and both GPU’s running at max capacity.

As someone who does custom PCs and case mods, i'm honestly disappointed by that watercooling setup. The component choices are great for both the hardware and the cooling, but the layout of the lines is amateur at best; it looks crowded and chaotic especially with so many fans on all the radiators. They used PETG tubing but didn't bother doing any bends at all, just straight runs and heavy reliance on swivel fittings. It wouldn't surprise me that some leaks develop as the system ages with so many potential points of failure. They also bothered with so much packaging externally to the system, but didn't bother putting anything inside of the machine to hold all of those sensitive components in place. Doing that one thing alone would have at least kept the reservoir from coming loose from the upper mount. I hope that all of my qualms prove to be pointless and that you have a wonderful experience with the system for years to come, but I suspect that this machine will turn into a huge headache when you have to do maintenance in the future.

Its probably ok as in wont affect much but.. the fans on the right side (after you brought it inside and put it next to the desk) the ones next to the resevoir, close to the wall. You generally dont want intake or ouput fans that close to a wall because the heat is going to build up and you will be cycling in air that is warmer than the rest of the room since the smaller space isnt going to have as much circulation, so it will be cycling preheated air and in short not doing its job as efficiently. Beautiful rig btw. Im jealous that is the most beautiful, artful piece of machinery ive ever seen. Youre going to have a blast gaming on that monster.
