But i think the only reason Whick's questions came across as dishonest and "a defense of Destiny" is because Whick didnt just come out and say the hard part: "I'm not convinced that Destiny has done anything wrong." When you view this conversation as Whick asking questions to invalidate the narrative that Destiny is some heinous villain, then it all makes sense. We want Mr. Girl to SELL this idea to us, convince us of the wrong doing that you are asserting, and most of Whick's questions are in service of that.

Whick, some feedback: You absolutely did not need to be so defensive. His whole strategy here was to make it about you and your supposed bias and you played right into it, constantly defending yourself from every accusation he made. You don't need to do that. It is just clear as day that he is going on the attack to detract from potential criticisms of the article, as it is way more advantageous for him if the interview is about you and your bias rather than his article. So you can just ignore his criticisms of you and move onto the next question related to the article, because the article is what the interview is actually supposed to be about. It doesn't matter what the popular opinion on this conversation is, by completely taking the focus off the article mrgirl won this conversation and you played right into his hands. He can easily spin this as a victory. "Look at how the brainwashed Destiny orbiters mald when I expose how biased they are." You did mald but you had absolutely no reason to. You let him control the conversation completely. One tactic you can use, which Destiny often uses and I think works extremely well, is when he interrupts you just say "I am just going to repeat my question when you are finished interrupting" and then wait for him to finish, ignore his interruption, and just repeat what you were going to say when he interrupted you. This completely takes the power away from his interruptions as the audience knows you aren't going to address the content of his interruption so they don't really need to pay attention to it either.

You were so close to getting Max to say something interesting. When you asked him what questions he would like to be asked, he flew off the handle and demanded that you recognize the supposed bad faith nature of your questions. If he thinks you are asking bad faith questions, and you disagree (which is perfectly valid if internally you believe that you are not), then it is perfectly reasonable to set aside that disagreement, recognize that you have different perspectives on the authenticity of your questions, remove yourself from the scenario (removing in his view, your bias and your attempted manipulation), to provide room for his feelings about your behavior and give him a chance to illustrate what kinds of questions he felt he should be asked if it were coming from what he deems to be an unbiased party. The fact that he wouldn't let you do that, and demanded that you conform to his belief about the lack of sincerity in your questions, and to just accept what he is saying as truth, is an unreasonable overreach and is totally him mind reading. He's taking the believe all victims approach, where any scrutiny or questioning of his narrative of events is outright dismissal and disbelief. That's totally unfair of him to do.

I think Whick is in a space where he wants be at a level right now. The market says you will be ready in a year but Whick thinks he is ready. Whick is not capable to interview someone and get deeper information because he is trying so hard to be genuine but he is just not.

I listened to Chud read about a third of the 'report' is there anything new in it? Because it seems that mrgirl has wasted much of his life writing a highly biased history of broadly known Destiny lore.

Listening to this dude is like psychological torture, and maybe this is me going crazy but part if me feels like its intentional in part, i get there are delays over discord but i am confident that he waits for people to start talking before he begins again and then makes a big deal about getting to finish his point uninterrupted which funnily enough whilst he's been acting that way for a while, in a lot of his earlier convos back when he was getting his rise through orbiting destiny, he was nowhere near as bad for it as he is now

On the 3 zombies vs 3 million point. As much as i hate to say it, MrGirl is mostly in the right of that conversation. He only did this because of his personal connection to Destiny, like and his r*pe apology was kinda trying to show that. Overall MrGirl is still unhinged lol
