These guys are Motivated by the Coaches but the biggest motivator is the Love they have for the Man and player next to them!

The main thing that happened is Dan Campbell to the go for it on 4th down King and that forced Keven O Connell to try to match his aggression and so he went for it on 4th down King and when they didn’t get it his players were crushed because his players are not built for that!

Minnesota abandoned doing the things that got them success because the Lions forced them to play their game! It is hard for TEAMS to match the mental toughness Dan Campbell has instilled in his players!

Curt had a good point ,Coaches plan based on personnel and They don’t trust their offensive line like Curt said which is the result of a lack of trust!

When it comes to losing Coordinators I say once again never under estimate the power of the Love they have for this TEAM and organization! Me I don’t believe Ben is leaving! Eventually he will but he will only leave for a TEAM that has the Unity throughout the organization he has here!

I want to know why, as soon as the Lions have success - everyone's talking about when our coaches will LEAVE? Where can they make MORE money? What Elite Team will they go work for? Did people talk like this when Belichick was building the Patriots? First, that's pure disrespect of the Lions AND DETROIT. Second, don't these coaches want to see this team thru to a Super Bowl win... with a team... a FAMILY that you helped build? With the players who you had faith in and gave a chance to be part of something bigger than themselves? That you would leave the Lions before you've WON a Super Bowl? Is it only about Money? Sure, I get it. But money doesn't buy Respect, Love or a feeling of Accomplishment. It's buys more stuff. Period. Dan Campbell made this team about Being a PRIDE, A TEAM. It's not about me, myself and I. No Divas Here - and I hope our coaches at least stay until they've "Completed the Process," which is a Super Bowl WIN. ONE PRIDE 💙🦁

If Lions don't make it, and don't win- and Ben Johnson & AG leave - I will say Good Riddance. As it proves their character & integrity is Sus. When Teddy Bridgewater was asked, after winning as a HS football coach, if he'd want to coach in the NFL or college, he said NO. That he likes having a family and friends and a LIFE. That's character. My point is... it can't ALWAYS be about Money, sometimes it's about HEART. 💙🦁
