Mine worked fine.i even had the app.but one day it got wet and it still works normally after it dried.but since then it always appears offline on the app .i tried everything, like restarting the wifi , phone, vacuum,even deleted the app and reinstalled it ,to make a new account.when i tried to connect it to the app,it did not ask me to pick a certain wifi ,only asked me to press dock and power button for seven seconds.after that it didnt connect with scamming,neither it appeared as a wifi to connect. what do i do? Can i somehow mop without using the app ?
