I have the 300 and I love it Yes, I agree that it has a dark background but isn’t that the nature of this particular Gryphon product ? The 333 is out of my price range , unfortunately I’m interested in buying some new speakers any ideas anyone?

Gryphon has always made some of the most amazing sounding amps, but I'm curious to know if they still are known for not being tremendously reliable. Many years ago I had a Gryphon dealer steer me away from one of their used amps for this reason. He knew I tended to keep my amps for many years and run them for many hours a day so I stuck with my Bryston and McIntosh amps. But wow did the Gryphon sound great.
