Little Cuphead, who was not more than two. The Devil had been caught by his enemy. Who'd got out of bed for no reason. The Devil: "(Laughing nervously) It sure is. Ho ho ho?" Cuphead: "What are you doing?" And what happened? But, you know that the Devil is so smart and so slick. He thought up a lie, and he thought it up quick! "Why, my sweet little lad," the fake Santy Claus lied, "Your tree is all burned up. So I'm taking your tree to my workshop, my sport. I'll repair it up there, then I'll bring it back here." Cuphead stared at the Devil and said "Ha ha. I was worried maybe you weren't coming." The Devil: "Whatever do you mean?" Cuphead: "Well, I know I've been kinda naughty this year. It's just hard being nice all the time, you know." The Devil: "You have no idea! (Then eat cookies and drink a glass of milk.)" Cuphead: "Even if I didn't make it on to that nice list, getting to meet you is the best Christmas ever." The Devil: "Really?" Cuphead: "That's right." "Eh, fine." said the Devil as he grabs the toy train from his coat. "Here." Cuphead: "Wow, thanks Santa. (Trying to grab the toy train.) Thank you. (Trying to grab the toy train again.) Thanks. (Then grabs the train from the Devil's hand.) Oh boy, a choo-choo. Just what I wanted. It's the best present I ever got." The Devil: "(Crying)" Cuphead: "You're the best, Santa. Isn't that right, Mr. Choo-choo? (Then holds the rope which makes the train choo choo.)" The Devil: "The little noise. (Tries to take the toy but stops himself then leaves.) I'm going." Cuphead: "Hey, Santa." The Devil: "Yes?" Cuphead: "Merry Christmas." The Devil: "Merry Christmas. (Then, leaves with his pitchfork and the tree.)"

What I love about this series is how the characters develop and bounce off each other. The Devil was all about collecting souls as many as he could but after trying to take cupheads soul at the amusement park and actually bonding with him for a moment his life started changing. Devil became less so worried about his work and more so about relaxing, having fun and following his passions to the point he doesnt even want to collect one soul and does it just to get his stuff back because if a curse he put on himself when he was still in the work work work mindset Not many can say they had a positive impact on the literal Devil’s life even if neither know it, the characters from this show were fantastic and so was the animation.

@@Pablo.673 he stole the devil's pitchfork andblew up the town, sank a boat, tried to sabotage mugmans audition by attacking him, ate all his candy, got mugman turned into candy, broke elder kettles glasses, broke into a cookie factory, escaped from prison, ditched elder kettles garden to go see a movie, told mugman he wanted to find a new brother, blew up a bunch of stuff with his fireworks, got himself and mugman lost in the woods by blowing up mugmans compass, stole mugmans house and food after he brought him blankets and cocoa, launched mugman with a firework, ate his ice cream, stole a bears honey to fix mugmans handle, snuck out in the middle of the night to meet quadratus, stuck a firecracker down mugmans pants, fought with mugman because he was told not to, hooked up elder kettles car battery to the steering wheel, played with elder kettles lucky tyre, sneaks onto a pirates boat and gets it sent out to sea, blew up a fence with a cannon, stole mugmans dream of being a piano player, did a bunch of wild stuff with bowlboy, he was willing to leave characters for dead when the situation arose, scammed people out of their money just to buy ice cream, fought with mugman over going to the amusement Park, ruined elder kettles portrait then tried to blackmail him when he and mugman didn't get their way, left the door open when he was told to keep it shut, planned to bake elder kettle a cake with mugman just so he would do something nice for them in return and he constantly lies to elder kettle. If that dosent put you on the naughty list then it must be a very hard list to make.

Mugman turning into candy wasn't Cuphead's fault ._. Breaking into a cookie factory was Chalice's idea. Breaking Elder Kettle's glasses was an accident. Elder Kettle's garden part is understandable, they thought the Root Pack would take care of it. Cuphead learnt from his actions in Another Brother. Most wild stuff Cuphead did with Bowlboy wasn't morally wrong, just super dangerous. Blowing up the fence twice was more like a bad idea than something morally wrong, because he used it to paint the fence faster. Stealing Mugman's dream was a bit bad, but in the context of that episode, it wasn't something really bad, and Cuphead even admitted he was wrong at the end of that episode. Chalice broke Porkrind's window, not Cuphead. I would actually say the worst thing he has done is lying many times to Elder Kettle, and it's not something completely terrible either. Mugman did almost every wrong thing Cuphead did and a few more like trying to murder the ice cream man or trying to steal the explosive shoes.

@@Pablo.673 those are good examinations behind his actions, I'll give you that, but even if his actions were a joint effort with his friends or he didn't intend to do anything wrong, his actions were still wrong regardless in the context of judging what he had done over the year, so in my opinion he should have been on the naughty list regardless of the reasoning of his actions. However you do make good points defending his case though so keep in mind it's just my opinion.
