Welcome to the war
Welcome to the war
A martyr's challenge
Chainsaw brutality
Tornado strength
[x4]
King of the diamond
King of the grave
[x2]
Lawlessness stains black
On whitewashed tombs
We're too strong
To compromise
Don't be ashamed of your faith
Dear Lord, deliver me
From hypocrisy and surcease
The scarlet desire
The scarlet desire
He wears a slick jacket and gold watch
Her dishonesty has scarred hands
Has scarred hands
He wears a slick jacket
A slick jacket

I bet when the breakdown kicks in at live shows the crowd goes crazy. If not...the crowd is doing it wrong. I know I would go batshit crazy if they played it on my planet.

Do these lyrics have a purpose? like have i been missing something for 5 years or did they just throw a random song together?

+john hicks The meaning of this song is that people get so obsessed with money that it corrupts them and leads them to their doom.

Malcefium Mike Totally right dude. I'm fucking tired of seeing people who thinks they're somehow better than others just because they read the lyrics and they saw the meaning of it. Without the melody lyrics would just be a poem.
